5 starsI was somewhat challenged by the clerk at the Target store, the only clerk that knows how to set-up cell phones, not being around on the days he was supposed to be there since it's a 40 some mile round trip from where I live. However when I did finally catch him it was an easy set-up and transfer from my iPhone to the Razr. My iPhone was stolen two weeks prior and unfortunately I have lost all my saved contact numbers. I am totally happy with the sound quality of my new phone and the service that Consumer Cellular has provided me since 2010.

1 stari ordered a phone on 11/7. after i paid i said i wanted it overnighted bc i Have No Cellphone!! i am 78 and went on a daytrip yesterday without one. after saying i wanted it overnighted, the customer rep said it was too late, but not to worry; it would get here in 2 or two days. getting back from my trip i was very concerned that the tracking showed that a label had been made but it had not yet gone to the postal facility. so, i called again last night and was told (after her being dismissive) that it had gone out. i challenged that but she kept insisting. she kept denying and said "just keep hitting the refresh button". day 3: 11-9.....it has made it all the way to the OUTGOING post office. i was lied to and treated dismissively both!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Consumer Cellular
