      Love it, the only that bothers me is that someone else had this phone number and I keep getting all these random calls. It isn't just a couple it's a lot of them and they are not phone calls for me

      Terrible experience for the very first time! I purchased the 2nd phone from ************************** needed help transferring everything from my old phone to my new phone. Your representative was very rude, impatient & just plain nasty to me. I didn't catch her name but she should not be in customer service for ANY company! She literally hung up on me at the end of the call! My problem wasn't even resolved. I had to call back and spoke to ***** who was wonderful and kind. I still had to figure the problem out on my own after we hung up. However, ***** was apologetic about my bad experience on the first call. I have always had a great experience with Consumer Cell but not this time!

      I have been a CC customer for years but this last year I have had to call for tecnical support a few tines because of an old phone abd then with my new phone, the technicians knew less than me most of the time. The standard help provided after 10 minutes is "Go to Target and they can help you." I'm going to switch carriers.

      I called the company before an international trip and was advised. I was also told that if charges got to $100, I would immediately be notified and roaming would be disabled. I have been dealing with a $500 charge for over a month (while it was in review) and today when I called once again, I was told it was a one day charge. Unacceptable. The last person I talked with was arrogant and not helpful.

      Consumer cellular has been the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. The app is not very user friendly, I found it very confusing. After only a few months service, my account was hacked the the app. They were able to completely take over, attempted to hack my financial accounts, while I was left with no way to contact anyone. When I was finally able to contact them from a borrowed phone, cc they immediately put a fraud alert on my account and told me that they would investigate, however there was nothing they could do about my service!!! They would not even let me cancel my service they said until after the investigation. I had to go purchas a new phone with another more liable provider. They have the nerve to bill me for a service I couldn't use!! I cannot believe that they promote for senor citizens!!! I will never use them for any service again! I also do not believe they quote " outstanding " reviews!! Buyer beware!!!

      My SIM card arrived sooner than I expected, even with express shipping. Excellent service and customer chat line support got us up and running very quickly. The referral bonus for my friend and myself was a pleasant surprise. Over all, so far my experience with Consumer Cellular has been completely positive.

      It has been more difficult to set up this time around. I don't have Internet except what's on my old phone and I need assistance changing the sim card. My previous phone purchase from CC was so much easier. I hope to make it to my son's house this weekend to help me set it up. Not very senior friendly.
