4 starseverything went smooth, but it would have been nice if you would have sent a charger for my phone...I got a new phone and couldnt charge it, or at least let us know that we will need to get this also!!

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. Most phone manufacturers no longer send us the wall plug for the phones in an effort to be more green. 1 starGreat experience with purchase but like they say the last mile is the most important one. Although I do not fault with Consumer Cellular it's who you associate your business process with that can leave you with just one star like this one. ** decided to send this via US Postal instead of Fed X or another private carrier. **** carrier tagged my door, I then went to their website after filling out all the necessary info only to learn that it would not be delivered on going to the local post office and waiting through their line for 20 minutes to learn its just up the road at another post office. Done chasing ******* this point, I'll get another phone locally as I should have but I thought I'd give CC a shot. This should have been a simple transaction but as before it just goes to show you are who you associate with.Consumer Cellular
