      Great experience with purchase but like they say the last mile is the most important one. Although I do not fault with Consumer Cellular it's who you associate your business process with that can leave you with just one star like this one. ** decided to send this via US Postal instead of Fed X or another private carrier. **** carrier tagged my door, I then went to their website after filling out all the necessary info only to learn that it would not be delivered on going to the local post office and waiting through their line for 20 minutes to learn its just up the road at another post office. Done chasing ******* this point, I'll get another phone locally as I should have but I thought I'd give CC a shot. This should have been a simple transaction but as before it just goes to show you are who you associate with.

      Love it, the only that bothers me is that someone else had this phone number and I keep getting all these random calls. It isn't just a couple it's a lot of them and they are not phone calls for me

      Terrible experience for the very first time! I purchased the 2nd phone from ************************** needed help transferring everything from my old phone to my new phone. Your representative was very rude, impatient & just plain nasty to me. I didn't catch her name but she should not be in customer service for ANY company! She literally hung up on me at the end of the call! My problem wasn't even resolved. I had to call back and spoke to ***** who was wonderful and kind. I still had to figure the problem out on my own after we hung up. However, ***** was apologetic about my bad experience on the first call. I have always had a great experience with Consumer Cell but not this time!

      I have been a CC customer for years but this last year I have had to call for tecnical support a few tines because of an old phone abd then with my new phone, the technicians knew less than me most of the time. The standard help provided after 10 minutes is "Go to Target and they can help you." I'm going to switch carriers.

      I called the company before an international trip and was advised. I was also told that if charges got to $100, I would immediately be notified and roaming would be disabled. I have been dealing with a $500 charge for over a month (while it was in review) and today when I called once again, I was told it was a one day charge. Unacceptable. The last person I talked with was arrogant and not helpful.
