      Delivery was fast. Setup was a bit tricky due to conflicting instructions. eSim took a while to register. Photo transfer from ************ to Razr seemed incomplete and without albums. I like the new phone.

      I bought my android cell phone about two years ago and the service was excellent but the last two times I have called them about the problems with my cell phone they could not fix the problem. What I think is the last two months unexperienced people working at home are not doing their job properly. Also, when I bought the Android #*** cell I was told it is a good cell phone for seniors and that is far from reality. I like electronics and have fixed several issues with ******'s help that my kids could not fix on my Android cell. It has been a two year struggle with this cell phone and now I am getting no help with their service.

      I applied for the **** plan, 2 lines for $55., keeping both our phones and our numbers. The replacement *** cards arrived and I installed them into each phone, per the instructions. Then got online to activate them, again, per the instructions. And this is where the disconnect occurred, pun intended!Evidently, there is no way to activate your phone online, if you kept your number! A chat bot suggested I call, really? How is that going to happen if I don't have a service provider, since you told me it was okay to replace my *** cards fir the activation? Finally, a "real" person appeared on the chat and asked for the transfer PINs from my existing carrier? What transfer PINs? Nowhere in the multitude of emails I received from CC, nor with the *** cards, was any mention of transfer PINs. Furthermore, I'm not sure what else I have to provide to get CC activated. I asked for an email outlining all the necessary steps required for activation but have received nothing.I'm not sure anymore about the seriousness and ability of CCs **************** to clear up such a simple step, especially activation! I sought an email address where I could state my request but found none. I won't do any more chats, I need to know the entire process before I proceed any further. I have installed the old *** cards and will wait 5 days. Don't treat me like a bozo, I'm a 72 year old retiree from the electronics industry. Your product offering may be appealing but monetary savings can't replace dignity and respect. I need an email address to send the above request, thank you!

      Thank you for your feedback. When you signed up for service, and ordered the eSIM Cards, we asked for the other providers account number and Transfer PIN. This allows the other provider to release your number to the Consumer Cellular service. If you do not have this information, please reach out to the old provider to request it. Once you have it, you can contact our Chat support on our website to provide the Transfer PIN and complete the request. As long as your first/last name, address, old account number, and Transfer PIN match what the other provider has on file, they will release the number to our service.

      Came in fewer days than promised, which was great. Had 1 issue activating, but a call to support quickly resolved the issue. Very happy with the whole experience.
