5 starsMy phone came by **** and I expected to be required to sign for the delivery of such an expensive item. I received an email that the phone had been hand delivered to a person who had signed for it. This is not true. Later that day I checked my cluster mailbox (which requires a key) and found my phone. Im concerned **** would fabricate how it was delivered. The phone was well packaged and undamaged and I am enjoying it. I received some assistance in activating the phone from one of Consumer Cellulars cheerful, efficient agents. I was able to do the majority of the steps required to transfer data from my old phone to my new one. I have the utmost appreciation and respect for Consumer Cellular customer support. 1 starMy account was hacked. I am without a phone and have been for a week. I ordered a new phone but it doesnt work. I have to borrow a phone to talk to cc and they cant get the phone working after an hour. Finally, they decide to mail me another sim chip 4 days ago and I am still waiting. ****! I am 75 yo, live in small town without a ******* store. All we have is a *******. I dont have any transportation to get to *******. Help, please. So dependent on a phone #. 5 starsI received the phone very quickly even the order was placed late in the work week. The phone was easy to set up and my dad loves it. Actually considering more services from Consumer Cellular to benefit both parents.
