      Still have not transferred my service to Consumar Cellular at this time. Appears to be a problem with the transfer. *** from CC talked to me on telephone and said to call back tomorrow as transfer was not working. I will call back but the help receive has been unhelpful and lacking of information without asking pointed questions.

      Purchase went smooth and easily as usual. Flip phone was a gift for a relative. I never handled a flip phone myself. The phone came activated and wonderful customer service walked me through the steps it took to locate the menu and add contacts. I've been with Consumer Cellular for years and purchased repeatedly! Can't say enough good about this company.... Thank you!

      I received my new phone and did not get a wall plug with the wire I got which did not fit my phone! i was very disappointed and had to buy the whole set-up which cost me $14. This should never have happened.

      ******* Galaxy A15 5G 128GB Voicecomm Ventev - Chargesync USB-C To USB-C Cable 3' - Gray - New ************ phone did not have enough specific information regarding the packaging content, duplicating usb cables to say the least. upon opening the packaging ******* required multiple forms of information which in my opinion was above and beyond what's necessary to activate a new phone with not allowing me the ability to select the type of information that i would allow this vendor to have. I'm not interested in allowing this vendor to distribute my information to every *** d*** and ***** within its organization IE drivers license, emails, credit card and so on. After reading the information regarding this phone i repackaged notified consumer notifying them that this purchase did not fill my requirements and was returning for a full reimbursement of my funds.
