      Moved overseas with 2 phones. Mine works the wife doesn't. All they can say SORRY!. Also when I go online ********************************** I get Sorry, you have been blocked by ********** Ray ID. Called they say it's an **************** and doesn't work where you're at. Funny thing is all my other American companies work. Even my other phone works. Talked to the technical people and it was like talking to my dog. ZERO logic. Hire really technical people if you want to keep this company. Tried several times and they all read from the same play book. ******. Been with this company several years and looking for another one.

      I love Consumer Cellular, prices for plans and devices are reasonable and customer service is second to none. I have multiple phones on my account, and this is my second order since leaving my old carrier of more than 20 years (since cell phones came in a bag).

      Charging for shipping a $300 phone is insulting in this day and age.

      I still have not gotten my order yet, the post office said it was "undeliverable." Every other shipping company, EXCEPT ****, will deliver to the address. Unless it fits easily into my tiny mailbox, I have to make arrangements to go to the post office, which is difficult. I ordered the Grandpad because of my mobility impairments. This kerfuffle with **** is insult upon injury. A clueless postal worker helpfully suggested I rent a commercial site like ***** where I could go and pick up packages instead. Please use another carrier.
