      Worst service I could ever imagine. They disconnected my old phone before making mine usable, the line went dead on me 3 times when they couldn't advise a fix, etc. Today, they advised I do a system restore and (not surprisingly) left the line with no one on it again. Setup didn't work, and Consumer Cellular has left me with a phone that doesn't work AT ALL twice in 3 days. I hope others think twice and avoid the nightmare.
