      So far (one week), the customer service has been wonderful and ********************** service seems to be no different than what I had with ***** I love the fact my bill will be a little over half of what I was paying.

      Phone has arrived and earlier than I thought. Have not set it up yet but plan to call for help in getting it set up. Have been with CC for years and with no problems. I would not change. Their customer service is the best!!!

      I have been with Consumer Cellular for at least 3 years, I purchased a phone for my 80's+ mother.I have always had great service with them especially when I purchased the phone. However, now I need to purchase another phone and I have been trying to register my account but there is a defect with accessing a password. I have al-together spent at least 3 hours on the phone with representatives and IT tech the last one (wednesday) said that someone would contact me within 24 - 48 hours, that time period ended today (friday). It appears that its easy to reach and get results when they are getting your money, but if there are other difficulties forget it. So unless I hear from them by the weekend (sunday) I will change my mother to **** at least the bill will be cheaper, and I will be able to reach someone and get results.

      Love the phone, and it came quickly. However, we were told we would need to sign for it, and the *********** just left it on our porch. Very unhappy about that. With something this expensive, I really would think theyd be sure to get a signature. Wanted you to be aware. But, the phone is great!

Very pleased **************** Rep. **** helped me greatly and was great to talk to. I will tell other about consumer Cellular. Looking for great customer provider relationship service with CC.
