5 starsThe process of changing our service from ******* to consumer cellular was easy and very affordable! We had compatible phones to the service but needed our old phone numbers ported over! The walk through to onboarding was easy and so far the service has been great!!! I will encourage others to give *** try!!Consumer Cellular

1 starI just had to trade in my old phone for a new one because the battery would no longer hold a charge for very long. My experience sucks! The new phone is not simple or easy to use! The customer service from ********************** is nonexistent! I should have been able to trade in the old phone and get a new one, without paying too much for the new one! Consumer Cellular has gotten too big and no longer feels that it has to take care of its clients is my opinion, which is a far cry from the commercials it puts out on TV.Consumer Cellular

3 starsCellular aspect of company is very good, low prices/costs. Other than that, customer service or help for say transferring info from one phone to another, adding a line online, and other issues are dissapointing.Consumer Cellular
