4 starsThe new phone is nice but customer service wasn't the greatest. They told us to contact US cellular to get the phone set up when the Consumer Cellular couldn't get the phone connected to Consumer Cellular. It was a nightmare. I finally got the ** to work and got to Consumer Cellular,The phone is working,My old phone no longer takes or make calls so that is great but I still can some apps installed on it.I trust I am not getting charged for two phones.***** ******* **********************************I have been a customer of ********************** for many years but this is the first time I had two different agents of your company told us to contact USCellular to get us connected.The old phone should have been disconnected and now my new phone is ************ was a nightmare to get my new phone connected and I surely hope has been disconnected .Consumer Cellular

1 starConsumer cellular. I asked Destiny to Change my due date to November 15th 2024 for one time my wife ****** and i are in hardship. It was ok .then on December 1st i would pay the regular bill of $73.74. Destiny said it was ok.i spoke with the supervisor She said that there is nothing she can do about changing it back. To the first of each month .i don't know why there is such a problem switching back to the first of each month. Im not not a repayment plan . My wife ****** and i are very disappointed with ************************* this ********* the supervisor is telling me i have to pay a double bill for $118.and some change.i don't think i have to pay this amount when i paid on October 4th 2024 of $73.74cents. .Consumer Cellular has horrible customer service.Consumer Cellular
