5 starsI had a little trouble initially switching phones, but I called customer service, and she was super helpful and even offered to stay on the phone with me for the whole process if I needed her to! Fortunately once I got started, it was pretty straightforward.

5 starsI learned the hard way to not clean my old phone with a household cleaner spray. It caused the screen to go crazy. So I ordered a new ******** 5G Stylus phone on their monthly payment plan and it arrived in 4 days. I switched SIM cards and was up and running. Uninstalled a few apps I didn't want, and started installing several I did want. Most things automatically synced up, so only a few things were lost. ( I'm hoping a phone repair shop will be able to recover them. ) Overall I'm happy with both the new phone and Consumer Cellular.Consumer Cellular

1 starI have used consumerCellular for over 10 years, during that time I was very pleased with the customer service department.I have just updated both of my phones to new devices. The customer service representatives took an inordinate amount of time to try to resolve our connection issues 2 ******** phone still does not have voicemail. I was referred to **** which they refused to assist me. I have been waiting to call and try to resolve this with customer service once again. I have been informed that it is the APN settings.When customer service was unable to resolve the issue. Their solution was for me to return the phones not look into other issues until we were satisfied. I would not recommend consumer cellular at this time to any of my friends, family or associates.Nate CConsumer Cellular

4 starsTransition from ******* to CC was difficult and I did not feel well prepared for the complications of undoing locks on my account by *******. Had I been better prepared by CC, I could have taken steps to make the transition smoother. That said, CC was very helpful and responsive and saw me through the transition, which took about 2 to 3 hours of my time. I have been pleased with the reception and service with CC after about 10 days. Their customer service is much more accessible and helpful than ******* ever was, one of the reasons for my change. So far, I am very pleased to have made the change and would recommend CC to others without question.Consumer Cellular
