      I paid $25.00 for expedited shipping to have my phone delivered in 1 - 2 business days. I placed the order on Tuesday October 29 in the early afternoon. I didn't receive my phone until Monday November 4. What did I pay $25.00 for? I called customer service and was told the expedited shipping fee is non refundable. I am disappointed with Consumer Cellular.

Once an order ships out with standard shipping, it takes 3-5 business days to be delivered through the ****************************; this does not include weekends or holidays. Express Shipping is a quicker delivery method, and the *********** delivers the package quicker than if sent by Priority Mail. Express Shipping is NOT overnight shipping, nor is it guaranteed delivery for a specific time frame. Express Priority Mail arrives typically 1-2 days from shipment except for Sundays and Federal Holidays when there is no mail delivery.       If I could give 0 stars, I would for this service. I had been trying to call this company to cancel service since February 2024. The phone has not been used since the same month. No calls were made from this service since that month. Each time I would try to call to cancel......they put you on hold so long until I just got tired of waiting......so I would hang up. Tried this several times. The account the monthly payment was coming out of .......I don't use anymore. There's no money coming into the account. So guess what? They started calling me about the payment. Even though the phone the account was registered to has been broken for the last 9 to 10 months now. So they finally talked to me. Only then, on this very day, after all those months.......was I able to close the account out. I warn potential new customers......DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. Unless you want to be locked in to a contract. Once the account was canceled, phone attendant still is asking for money for a service that has not been used many, many months. They still want to charge a cancellation fee, and for the months that they were not able to collect an automatic payment. So basically, they want money for September, October, and November, plus a $30 cancellation fee. Again, take my advice. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. They are money hungry like all the other big businesses.

      I loved the fact that I could get an Apple Watch 10 at affordable price. The monthly charge is affordable. Thank you for the fast service and the watch came read to use all I had to do is connect it to my phone.

      I received my phone but the real concern is if the quality of this phone is good. My last phone was the ***** and I had issues from the start. I am concerned that the phones sold thru CC are not current models or are refurbished. I'm hoping I'm wrong about that and this phone will work like they are suppose to.

      Would not recommend using the $25 expedited shipping service. CC was kind enough to NOT issue a shipping credit when it 3 days to arrive. I had to literally fight with Supervisor ******* to get a $10 credit. I am shopping for another cell phone provider due to the poor customer service l received.
