5 starsI had received a new phone and after a day or so I realized that although I could make calls, I hadn't received any. A call from another phone indicated that the "line was not in order". I called ** and the representative didn't have to elevate the service call or shift me to another level of support. She handled the entire issue in about 10 minutes, diagnosing, analyzing data, test calls etc. The problem was resolved quickly, professionally, and in a friendly manner. It's rare that you find a company who has understandable US residing humams answering the phones and they really. take care of your needs. They are polite, understanding and easy to work with.
