5 starsVery friendly and helpful service. My wife and I switched over 2 phones from *******, which saved us over half the previous monthly bill. One phone was switched over and the other older phone was replaced with a new one. Both original numbers were retained and the process was very smooth. The Consumer Cellular website is also much easier to navigate than *******. We have been very pleased with the cell service too.

1 starI had a problem with my phone. Called customer service and got a completely wrong answer to my question. The person was rude and very unprofessional. I had to call again. The next representative simply disconnected the phone call. Im a very long time customer and ********************** was always awarded because of high quality service, which is not existing anymore.Consumer Cellular

5 starsI recently switched over from ********. Not only am I saving more than 50%, but the customer service here is so much better. They answer quick and are super helpful. Even the phone insurance is so much less, more than 50% savings on that also. The service is literally the same. I went away this weekend and didnt have any dead zones. Great company. I would recommend it. Most cell phone companies out there have gotten out of control with their fees and costs.Consumer Cellular

5 starsMy phone service went on the *****. It was an extremely difficult time for it to happen as we were in the process of selling our home. I spent literally two days trying to restore the service to no avail. In everyone's defense we are eighty years old and I am sure the instructions were not geared for folks in our position. All the same we do spend ******** next move was to cancel the old service, which I had been using for fifteen years. I researched Consumer reports, which suggested I look into Consumer Cellular. Picked it up, charged it, set up voice mail, changed my number and have been thanking you guys since. Could not be happier! Not only did you folks fix my phone problem, you talked an old man off the ledge. ThanksConsumer Cellular
