2 starsIt surely seems like with the prominence of ***** and CC that transferring service from an old IPhone to a new one would be a no-brainer, done at an Apple store like with other major phone carriers. But no. And the process with CC was not smooth. But thanks to a great employee at the ********** store, who also hit snags with her own company, it happened.Consumer Cellular
