1 starWas without phone service for 6 hours because the transfer from old carrier to Consumer Cellular was improperly completed. This was on the part of Consumer Cellular. Consumer Cellular was unresponsive and when I did reach someone via their chat, they insisted I call them with no service. I had no other phone to contact them. I had to drive to ******* to use their phone. What a nightmare and very poor customer service. Who leaves a new customer or any customer without service and refuse to help them? I was with my old carrier for 26 years and never had an issue. Im not happy!

5 starsThis is a basic, easy to use system. So less complicated than other ones on the market. I put it on in the morning and leave it on all day, while driving my car, - through grocery shopping etc. I charge mine at night, every other night. I got this as I have fallen a couple of times and now that Im a widow and live alone, I feel safe and so does my family.Consumer Cellular
