5 starsIt was a great experience switching from **** to Consumer Cellular. The only hang-up was on ****'s end, and the **************** agent at ********************** was great and handled & resolved the issues for me.

4 starsWe have had generally positive results since changing to Consumer Cellular. Reception has been good, and while there were a few bumps in the road while making the transition we have been able to change to the new service while retaining our original phone numbers.Consumer Cellular

4 starsjust getting started so all i can say is, the agents worked very hard all the way to completion of transfer of the phone #'s. i will have to call again to have usage alert explained as an email said i have used 75% of the monthly data??? i only use my cell phone for talk only.Consumer Cellular

5 starsWe went from ******* to ***** then recently to Mint and finally Consumer Cellular. By far the most responsive and knowledgeable people weve worked with are at Consumer Cellular. They made the switch relatively simple and painless. And now the call quality is where may wife and I are satisfied. So far the switch to Consumer Cellular has been great.Consumer Cellular

1 starHave always had a great experience with Consumer Cellular so this time was disappointing. They provided a new phone with minimal instructions and after 4 hours of trying to follow the included literature I gave up and went online to contact ***** because neither the new or old phone had any connectivity which scares a senior citizen. After ***** got one phone up and running Consumer Cellular told me I should have called them to transfer data, not *****. But then after another call to Consumer Cellular I was told that only data saved on somebody's cloud (my guess is Apple) could be transferred. Since this wasn't the same experience, I went through 4 years ago I decided to return the new phone and stick with old reliable. Most contacts were cordial but one was obviously not happy having to handle an old man on a Sunday. Made me remove the sim card and read the number in number 6 font with a magnifying glass. No more upgrades for me I'll just stick to the basic service and contacts after 13 years as a customer.Consumer Cellular

4 starsEverything went very smoothly. The most difficult part was putting the screen protector on which I bought separately. I was quickly able to handle the data transfer from my 4 year old ************ to my new ******** Edge 2024. I did struggle adding it to my **** 2013 Fusion Sync; Sync and my new phone model werent coming up. Im not sure how it finally happened, but I managed to get my phone added to my cars Sync. Ive been pleased with our Consumer Cellular service; *** bought my last 3 phones via the ** website. My phone arrived in 2 days instead of 4 as projected. I have found your prices to be competitive if not the lowest price. Transferring my phone was easy even for me. It was a good experience.Consumer Cellular
