5 starsHave bought products from consumer cellular several times in the past and it was always an easy and problem free experience. Price was reasonable. The shipping was fast. Needed some help to get it set up and they were right there for that. When its time to upgrade, they are the ones I will deal with.Consumer Cellular

5 starsConsumer Cellular has the best customer service ever. Not only do they really know what theyre doing, they are so darned nice while doing it! 4 starsSo far, so good.Being exclusively ************ (at least that's what I heard), the connections are just as good as they were with my previous provider ******* The website needs work. The phone customer service is adequate... no better, no worse than AT&T.Overall, I'm saving a ton of money over ***** so I'm/We're happy with the current state of things.The beauty of capitalism is that if (at some point in the future - and what isn't in the future?) I/We don't like what's happening here, I/We can go elsewhere.BAM!Consumer Cellular

5 starsSo far, it's been great. During set up, I had to reach out to customer service a few times. What an amazing experience. Friendly, courteous, and professional. Very easy to understand everything that was being said. A nice change from ***** The monthly rate is great. I've had no issues with the service. I wish I had made the change a long time ago.
