5 starsI was very impressed with all the people we spoke with to get our account set up. We had some issues transferring from our previos carrier, but they stayed on the line with us through it all. 5 starsVery helpful remote support. No need to drive to a retail location and wait your turn, which could take a while. No wait on the phone and super helpful remote support. Call quality is good and transfer of service and new line set up (I have two lines) went smoother than expected. Phone options were good. Have not received a bill yet, but seems pretty straight forward.Consumer Cellular
