5 stars**** F After over 25 years with another cell phone provider we made the change to Consumer Cellular. **************** made the change very smooth for a couple old seniors. We were walked through every step from changing sim cards to getting my wife's watch set up. It was a real pleasure being able to speak with someone, obviously U.S. based, we could understand. The only regret I have with making the change to Consumer Cellular is that I didn't do it sooner. The bottom line is we are now saving 40% a month and important to us is **************** and so far we could not be happier with the service.Consumer Cellular

5 starsI am very pleased with the service and the friendly employees that I have encountered. They were professional and seemed to be concerned about my needs. I will gladly recommend Consumer Cellular to friends and relatives. The only negative thing I can say was with the delivery of my new iphone. But I don't think it to be Consumer Celular's fault. **** took over 7 days to deliver the phone and I was on vacation when it arrived. All in all this has been a good experience.Consumer Cellular

5 starsTruly top-notch ***************** We transferred service from another provider, taking two numbers along, one newer phone, and purchased a new phone.I spoke with one person to set up the account, and one other to activate after receiving the new hardware. It was quick and easy. The Reps were kind and helpful. And I never once was transferred or put on hold. Zero time on hold!!! The new Gold Standard for ***************** Thanks!Consumer Cellular

5 starsWe "grandfathered in" to Consumer Cellular from AAA and Jitterbug, lol, but we love it. The transition was seamless and our service has been great. Since then we've grown from a device just for my husband, to the entire family. I even switched after 16 years with the carrier that starts with V and rhymes with Horizon. The best part is our monthly bill for the whole family with unlimited talk, text, and the right amount of Data for us is still less than just my device alone with the other guys. We're happy customers!Consumer Cellular
