    In September, 2022, a woman ran a red light and hit our 2017 Honda Ridgeline. The woman took full responsibility for the accident at the scene and to her insurance company. I learned about Diminished Value and found Autoloss online. After reading reviews and talking with Monica, I decided to use Autoloss for DV Appraisal. The at fault driver’s insurance company low-balled their DV Appraisal and sent a check for that amount. It took time, but with help from Monica and Autoloss, we received nearly 3 times what the insurance company initially offered. Autoloss is a 5 star company with 5 star leadership. I recommend Autoloss for your DV battle with any auto insurance company. A+++++++++++++++++

    This company is great and ****** was amazing! After going round and round with our insurance company, ****** took over and within 5 days we had a resolution that we found acceptable. She relieved us of the stress of "fighting" with the insurance company.

    It was a pleasure to work with ****** and get our DV claim submitted. They submitted a fully furnished report and our claims agent even mentioned it was the most comprehensive report she had ever seen.     Autoloss was great to work with. They did a very professional job and got me a considerably better settlement than their competitor I found online. Communication with ****** was excellent and the process was great. The documentation for my claim for diminished value sent to the insurance company was accepted without any question.
