    I cant say enough about Autoloss. I knew nothing about a Diminished Value claim and ****** went above and beyond to make this process so simple. From the prompt communication via email and phone to the very detailed email explaining the step by step process I felt completely supported. Loved everything about Autoloss and ******!

    ****** was the rep that helped me out from start to finish. She shared handouts that explains the process and patiently explained every step. I am glad that I have chosen the team for my diminished value claim. Therefore I would definitely recommend choosing them if you are still indecisive.

    I was at my wits end , dealing with progressive insurance. Auto loss provided me with the tools to argue my case and quantify my loss. I hope I never need this service again but I am glad to know they are there .

    I had very bad experience in dealing with ****** at Autoloss.com. 1) She didn't recover on my DV claim for more than what was originally promised 2) I netted $2,220 (after paying all the fees for ****** at Autoloss.com and the Umpire for finalizing the decision). I was offered $2,386 in DV claim by my insurance company before even I hired ****** at Autoloss.com for better recovery.3) Poor Negotiation - ****** at Autoloss.com didn't take any interest in negotiating my DV claim with the ***************** Appraisal Service. I had to reach out to the appraiser hired by ***************** to get the latest on the status. The appraiser told me on several occasions that he is waiting for ******'s email response. Even I didn't get any response from ************************* (****) when requested for a prompt response to ***************** Appraisal service.4) Poor and complete Lack of Communications - You will never hear her voice after the first call when she collects the service fees and promise you for the better recovery than what you have been offered by ***************** DV Claims Adjuster. She will not even respond to your emails on time. If you call her then answering service will pick up the call but would never connect you with ****** or have her call you back 5) This was my first experience with DV claims and would never suggest to hire Autoloss.com for help. Hire someone locally whom you can meet personally or someone who cares for their clients by responding to their emails and/or phone calls.All the best ??

    I was told to file a DV claim and didnt know where to start. I called a few places that were not very impressive, but finally found ****** and felt very confident with what she had to say. I could tell she knew what she was doing and not only helped us write up an excellent very professional report but also gave us a user manual and all the tools to help us deal with the insurance companies. It was because of her I didnt completely lose my A** on the value of my car after I had been through the ringer trying to get it fixed. Thank you ******! I will only be recommending you. She is worth every *****!

    Pro: They legitimately provided an appraisal report, sent it to the insurance company, and negotiated a higher value for my totaled car. For the $550 I paid, I received a payout offer from the insurance company over $5000 higher, almost doubling their first offer. The appraisal service was worth it. Cons: 1) The customer service is very impersonal. They repeatedly didn't read emails I sent. I got replies where it was clear my previous email was barely skimmed. Much of what I said was ignored. Things I said on the phone were not remembered. This went on for days. My only recourse was to send terse one-sentence emails. It is clear to me that they are working very fast and not giving customers much individual attention. 2) Possibly committing fraud. Although it didn't cause a problem, the appraisal document they provided contained false statements saying that they had personally seen a number of details about my car, when I know they hadn't even seen photos. It seems like this business is following a formulaic process at as high a scale as they can manage.3) They pay for reviews. While I refused payment and they don't control the contents of my review, they pay for people to leave reviews. Read a few and you'll see patterns of formulaic positive reviews that seem fake, shallow positive reviews probably from real customers hoping to get paid, and detailed critical reviews like this one.
