      They charge half money down to make purchase. Tell you it's going to be 6 weeks for delivery. Three months passes and you still don't have the building. You call, message, etc...but continue to get ignored. Then they block you from making messages and calls. They won't even make it right, and they still have the $800 that was paid on it. Scammers is the vibe I get.

      This company is AWFUL, ATROCIOUS, and will not be in businesses long! DO NOT use them! Run as fast as you can. They don't answer questions, return phone calls, or keep their word! The owner, don't get me started on him!! There's a special place for people like him! Complete POS!! Take your money to a company who actually appreciates your business! Ordered a shed on July 15th 2023 still don't have it! Called multiple times and no answer as to when we will have it! Paid full in cash $3000! Our attorney sent a letter and spoke with that POS today and supposedly we'll have it by the end of the week!! We'll see, hey if not I'll see you on small claims court!

      After 6 months of dealing with a belligerent owner in ******************* and an office staff the lies to you I used an attorney and got my shed in 1 week.. Thats a shame because the price and shed are both very good and the delivery person was top notch.Im surprised a class action law suit has not been started. If your 66 or older the penalties against them for fraud are substantial.

      If i could give zero stars I would! This company lies from the moment you enter the business until the bitter end of dealing with them. Unprofessional, rudeness, they won't return calls or they won't give straight answers to any questions, it's one run around after the other! They'll bait you in by saying you'll have your shed in 3 to 8 weeks... then 12 weeks... then They'll say you'll get it on the week of...*(14+ weeks at this point)... but won't give an exact date of delivery, even though we have told them repeatedly we need to give our employer at least 3 days notice to be able to take off for the delivery. We paid cash *($1,868.13 to be exact) which isn't exactly a small amount upon ordering the shed, but if we cancel They'll keep 25% even though they have breeched the 3 to 8 weeks delivery contact repeatedly! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TIMBER CREEK STRUCTURES IN ****** ****... YOU'LL REGRET IT ****% I'm already speaking with an attorney about this issue because sadly they refuse to be an upstanding reputable company!!

      They are no reliable. Sounded too good to be true. I ordered my shed on September 14, they called 2 weeks later to say it was on the line to be built. October 3rd, they gave me a delivery time of 5-8:00 pm. At 9:15 they said they were tied ** in traffic and they would be here by 10:00 pm, uh no they wont. Noise ordinance in my township. Told the company the situation and they said that they were 30 minutes away and I wouldnt take it. When I explained this to them they just said well we will just refund you since you are unhappy. Well thank you I cancelled my contract and requested proof of the cancellation and a copy of the receipt for refund, which I still dont have yet. Please do not order from them. Wish I didnt have to leave even one star

      I ordered a shed on May 5th 2023. I was told I would receive my shed on July 14 2023. I have not received it yet. I call about it and no one either calls me back or tells me they will find out some information on this and call me back which no one does. Except I did get a manager to call me back after stopping by the business one day. He called a couple hours later. This was September 1 2023. I was told by him I would receive shed in two weeks by September 15. As of today I have not received it

      I placed a 10x12 lofted shed order on May 27th, as of this posting I have not received my shed. I have made several calls and get they same response its not started yet we will call with a delivery date. I confronted them on their ******** page and they blocked me. Do not give this company your business.

      Ordered a gazebo June 10 told it would be delivered in 1 to 40 days now it is September and was told it would be delivered 3 weeks ago still not here been being told it's still being built for the last 3 weeks if these people can't deliver on time then they should limit there orders stay away from this company

      Run! Do not walk! Do not order from this company! Pay a few bucks more and order from another company! Promised delivery in six to eight weeks. Took five months. Shed delivered damaged. Husband paid them in full. I would not have until it was repaired after their history of numerous lies about delivery and completion. Went to stop payment on check next morning so I could be sure damage would be repaired. Then I would pay them once the damage was repaired. Too late! They must have ran to the bank with our check. I know from their history that the damage their driver did to my shed will never be repaired. Stay away from this company! They will lie to you all the way through the process!
