  Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered shed on 5/18/25 and still nothing. I have called multiple times with the same BS answers. I have now asked for a refund multiple times with no response, just keep getting told my shed will deliver within one to two weeks. ZERO stars. I also found out that they are using many different accounts on ********. Watch out for *****************, ******* ******** ***** Timbercreek, and ***** **** *****. Do not buy from these morons, they are all liars!!

  This business is a joke, I ordered a 8x12 lofted shed from them on July 2nd 2025. I was promised 1-30 days for delievery and I have yet to receive it. I call weekly and receive the same old sad story of "your shed is soon to be sent to the delievery company and you'll be receiving a call soon". I was also blocked on ******** due to asking them in a comment about when I would receive it it's been 2 months? I ask them about it and the lady I spoke to said I have nothing to do with the ******** page so idk why. Me and my fianc have a baby on the way and need to receive this shed before we even start the nursery. This is stressful and the amount of bad reviews for this business is absolutely embarrassing. I wish I didn't even have to put 1 star because they deserve nothing.

  We ordered a shed and paid in FULL on 4/26/25. Was told 3-10 weeks for delivery. Here we are 17 weeks out. No shes. Absolutely no communication unless we call then we are told someone will have to call us back! Guess what no one ever does. I have even emailed *** the owner and I was told to contact the shop for updates! Dont know what is being done. I want what I paid for! And soon!!! It is going to start getting cold. And crappy. And that will be yet another excuse! I will go to the Attorney general if need be. I have no fear!

  I contacted Timbercreek construction about buying a shed. Was told if I came that weekend it would be delivered in 5 weeks. Then I drove 3 hours to pay for it. When I got there I ordered it and paid in full. They wrote ten weeks on the contract so there was the first clue they were frauds. I have called multiple times and got no results. It is now about 20 weeks out. An still no shed. I have even called the office and left a message for them to call me back a few times and they never do. I did talk to the so called owner one time and he was very rude and treated me like I was wrong and ever treated to not deliver my shed. A refund me only half the cost of it and said good luck fighting this in court. He was a total jerk. They are in breach of contract. They have not contacted me and won’t deliver my shed. Do not ever buy anything from them or this may happen to you.

  DO NOT BUY!!! Paid 4000 to have a 10x20 garden shed to be delivered in 1-6 weeks, instead of 3500 to be delivered in 3-12 weeks. Took almost 15 weeks with constant every day calls to them. Shed did not come as ordered, supposed to have divided side windows and same windows in the doors as the top section. All of this is shown on our order sheet and they do not care. It came with trailer windows and is missing the door windows. Theres paint missing on the side of the shed and theres black paint on the windows. They're advertising like crazy on ********, and I was blocked instantly for sharing my experience.   9/28/24 Marked my 18th week of waiting for my 12x20 shed. I was foolish enough to pay up front, I saw sheds being built and didn't think anything was off. I was given a 4-12 wk window due to a memorial day sale they were running. I thought that was reasonable at the time, ***** said if I don't hear anything in 10wks to call him and he would give me a phone number to call. I called and it went to a call center, the call volume of complaints is probably too large for their "office staff" to handle. Each time they would call back I would get the same response, "I'll ask him when he plans to get your shed in the build schedule". At wk15 I started expressing my frustration about this being a scam. Magically I got a text saying someone would contact me Monday morning, the next day I got a text stating I was on schedule for delivery the week of the 23rd. 9/23/24 I went to the "factory" and indeed they were building sheds and putting them on carriers, I was promised my Shed would get built that week. Thursday I heard nothing, called the response I got was oh I don't know what happened we'll have to ask him what the plan is. Friday I called again to see what the "plan was" This time no promise just hopefully in a week or 2. On my visit I was told it would only take a day to build mine, roughly 5 a day are built. about 450 units could be built in 18wks. *************************************************************** I want either my Shed or a full refund in 2 wks as he is in violation of the above code. I am entitled to my full refund in 2wks not the 8-12 wks I was told over the phone.

  We ordered and paid in full 4/27/24 and after many phone calls received our shed on 9/26/24. One day shy of 5 months written on the contract says 8 weeks. We are happy with their product but not the time frame. Was given several delivery times with no results then finally showed up after numerous phone calls. Communication is not good with the customer.

  Timbercreek structures informed us the evening before that the shed would be delivered the next day between 2-5 p.m. They did not show up but received a text from delivery man at 7:48pm saying he was running “a little behind” and will be here at 8:20 pm. Showed up in the pitch dark at 8:30 pm and the first thing they did is hit the house with the shed and smashed the gutter and scratched the shed and tore off wood from the trim. ( Luckily I was smart enough to video and photograph it all happening because it was so dark out and impossible to see). They promised they would fix it all. I suggested that I should withhold a certain amount of money due, which I thought was fair and reasonable considering their unreliability and unprofessionalism, and pay it to them when they return to repair the damage they caused. They told me they would load the shed back up and leave! I paid them cash in full, but I wrote down all the damage and their promise to fix it all and had them sign it. By documenting this also on BBB, I am covering all my bases if they do not return and repair what they damaged. Sept. 25, 2024

  Sunday 9/22/2024 marks my ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY since placing my order. Still NO delivery on my 3-8 week delivery date of 8x12 shed (paid in full upon order). Multiple scheduled and promised delivery dates not met , NO response for half of messages, weak excuses and more unmet delivery dates for the other half , wasted my vacation time from work after no cancellation notice from Timber Creek Structures could not deliver. I have cancelled plans, etc. to accommodate delivery. Same BS responses as other complaints. All the while being threatened with a restocking fee upon cancellation of my order. Which by the way was never started, because it seems they don.t pay their suppliers for materials ( info about pending court cases involving non payment available online). Will be posting this to BBB website and Reinstating my claim with ***************************** today if no response within time limits left with answering service. AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! Star rating will be less than ZERO!!
