      THEY CONTINUE TO ***** PEOPLE OVER, WE GOT AN ATTORNEY AND GOT ALL OF OUR $5K DEPOSIT BACK. Tim *************** IS A **** ** ** ******* ** **** *** *** ** **** ******* ** **** ** **** ****** ***** *** **** *** ****** HIRE AN ATTORNEY IMMEDIATELY, BEFORE HE FILES BANKRUPTCY! OH AND HE STILL OWES US THE COURT COSTS ON OUR END, ABOUT $250.OO, BUT WE WILL NEVER SEE THAT, I'M SURE!

      I purchased a deck less than a year ago (rent to own) the wood is all cracking and warping. I stained it right after I purchased. I complained to *** the person I've been dealing with and at first he said no warranty and not a rent to own on decks, and he asked if we sealed it it like advised in contract I said yes I did one better and stained it. He didn't answer for a little while and I texted him again and told him he needed to fix it or it or I would stop paying. He wrote back a couple days l later and said if I with held payment he would *** he said I don't take threats I come and get it July 4th. I backed down but now I'm paying 133 per month for something that will probably not last through the winter. we also purchased a shed it actually came early however the paint job was thin

      Purchased shed on 4-29 and now we are 7-23 and still have not received a phone call or a delivery date ( I was told a month ***** I have called numerous times but speak to a answering service that forwards a message to the office and they have no clue of what's going on in the warehouse. I made the mistake by paying cash and they say reimbursement could take weeks. I would highly look around before using timber Creek Structures. If they make it right I will update post.

      I purchased a shed on December 7 2023 and payed in full and was told that it would be delivered in 3 weeks and as of July 16 all I have received is 1 lie after another I spoke with a attorney to try and get my money back

      They'll lure you in with a good deal and breach the contract. Way past the promised delivery date. Many phone calls with no response. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. All you are doing is giving them your money for so far, nothing in return. Seems like a "*** ***** to pay ****" situation.

      ordered a shed LAST SEPTEMBER and its been told to us its being built about 4 times. business is a ***** owner is a *****! DO NOT BUY. also told its being built last week 7/4 and what do you know , no shed. calling the news station to get a story started. i will be calling for a FULL refund and will not be paying any cancellation fee. Will be taking to small claims court

      My husband and I have tried to be patient with this company, but enough is enough! They ignore, lie and dont care about what they are doing to you. We order the shed February 2024, with a window of 3-5 weeks for delivery. We paid in full the day we bought it, definitely a mistake. In May they gave us a delivery date for **** never happened. Most recent they said week of July 8th and again was a lie. We have now contacted the ************************ and we just want our money back and forget this nightmare. Please do not get involved with this company. You will regret it!!

      BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!! I paid in full for a shed on Oct 23rd of 2023. The contract stated 3 to 6 weeks for delivery, and it's been almost 9 months. After 7 months, I finally got to talk to the owner. He was very rude and stated that he is only making ****** off of the shed. I replied by saying that I didn't price the shed and have no idea what he is making off of them. He then said I would have it delivered within 10 days. Well, that conversation was 2 months ago!! I will be filing a lawsuit in small claims court this week.

      If I could give no stars I would! This place has the worst customer service. They can care less about you!!! Do not order with them!!! I ordered in ***** was told 3-4 weeks and was told to have gravel pad ready. We did our part. But we still dont have our shed. And god forgive they tell you the truth! I called, emailed and get the run around. On my email the owner said you dont like it cancel. Like its my fault they arent telling the truth. What an a$$! I just want d to k ow if they were building our shed or to even plan to deliver it.

      We found Timber Creek Structures on ******** and looked very promising for what we were looking for. After a discussion with the staff, we decided to go with them. We put a deposit down for $800.00 cash towards the shed, we signed the paperwork for the shed. The balance was due the next day. We were told that there is a 25% stocking fee if we cancel the order when they started the building. This order was placed on Saturday 6/22/24. They said that we would be a priority to get the shed done, after a review of the company's history and with so many complaints over 236 with BBB we had second thoughts and a long discussion, we canceled the order on Monday 6/24/2024 and asked for are money to be return they told us NO, you have to pay the cancellation fee. We received a call saying we owed more money and yelling at my fiance. ***** ** * *** ** *** ***** ** **** **** ** ****** *** *********** **** ** *** **** **** ****** *** ** ****** * ******** ****** * *** **** ******** ***** ***** ***** ******* *** ** ********* ** *** ******* ***** ********* ****** *** ******* *********** ***** ***** *** ******** ****** ** ****** ******* ***** *** * **** ******* **** ******* **** ****** ** ********** ********* *** **** ******** ***** ********* *** ****** **** ** ****** ** *** *********** **** **** ***** ** *** ******* **** ******** ********** *** ***** ********* ** ****** ****** ** **** **** *** **** ** ***** I guess we were raised differently and taught rules when growing up to respect them. I wish they would.
