  I see that majority of these complaints are about delivery. I had an issue with that too, however I never complained about it. Today my 12x24 she shed used for my sewing room door fell off. The screws to attach it were an inch if that. If I wanted a shed to sit and look pretty without using it, it does that. Im a senior citizen without much to do, but sew.. I have pictures but I dont see any way to submit them

  In February 2024 we ordered a shed from Timber Creek Structures paying a cash price of $6,620. They promised delivery in 4 to 7 weeks. We spent approximately $1,500 getting our leveled pad ready for delivery and then we waited. We were lured into this web after seeing a FB *********** post about a repo shed at a price that was, in hindsight, too good to be true. We went to look at that shed and when it wasnt quite sufficient to meet out needs Timber Creek offered to build us a new shed in that same size for the same cash price as the repo. What a deal, right?After 8 weeks had passed with no word from the company we reached out to inquire about a potential delivery date. Initially they seemed unable to locate our invoice paperwork and our first thought was that the salesperson, ***************************, had just taken our cash and run. But a day or two later, after a few more phone calls, they found the invoice but were not able to provide us with a build or delivery date. As I type this we still have no shed.The Ohio AGs office has obtained an ********* of ********* Compliance compliant against the company (Docket #******). Turns out hundreds of customers dating back to 2020 have experienced the same issues. This company only excels at repeatedly violating the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (CSPA). We filed a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General also. Were in the process of retaining an Attorney to pursue this matter further if no shed is delivered on the 18th.I would describe the owner **************** as extremely combative with us whenever he responds. Hes irate with us that we dared to file a complaint with the Ohio AG. In the meantime, hes running a Ponzi scheme for shed manufacturing.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

  I ordered a deck from Timber Creek Structures (TCS). The deck was delivered but NOT built to the design specs provided by me and the salesman. The driver told me someone would be out in 2 days to make repairs. Nobody showed up. I called TCS the next week and left a voice mail requesting a service call. Nobody responded. I called again at the end of the week and spoke to the receptionist, *****. As I was explaining the situation, I heard her boss and owner of the company, *******************, say that I was "A PAIN IN THE ***** Then he accused me of lying! This resulted in a 3 way phone conversation with ***, the salesman and myself. The salesman explained the situation identical to what I had said. The receptionist and the salesman apologized for ***'s behavior, however at this point I did not desire to do further business with them and cancelled my order and had the deck returned to TCS. When I called TCS to request a refund of the down payment, they refused. I informed the receptionist that I wish I had researched their reviews prior to doing business with them and she told me that their "F Rating" was irrelevant!

  Ordered a shed 9/16/2023 paid $3000 cash and was given a delivery of 3-8 weeks. It is now almost 8 months and no shed! Never return calls and if you get ahold of anyone they have to talk to the owner and get back to you but never do. I emailed the owner multiple times. I told him I was filling a complaint with The Attorney General and he laughed and said contact whoever you want have a good day! This company should not be in business! I also told him we want our money back and he said it takes 8-12 weeks but the shed is being delivered this week! Told him I want a date and time and no response! Something needs to be done about this company so other consumers dont get taken advantage of.

  I ordered a shed 8x10 on sep 2023 and I paid full amounts. It been 7 month I still havent received mine shed yet, there was girl who I talked she was keep on making so many excuses she called me on march and said we will deliver your shed on April 1st or 2nd sorry for late delivery so we will give you free ramp so mine wife and I made a plan for our son birthday so I called them on Monday April 1 she said same story I feel so frustrated ?? and also felt so bad my wife got so mad at me even mine cousin got mad at me cause I told to buy from them. They also havent got their shed yet plz we really need your help plz plz plz helps ******* son birthday is coming on April 27 plz Im begging ?? please ?? Thank you ??

  I paid in full for a shed on October 22, 2023 and have been given the run around ever since. ******** was supposed to be last Wednesday but they told my husband that they didnt have the black tin for the roof. Still waiting. I have had the spot ready since the weekend after we ordered it and were told 3-5 weeks.

  We paid in full for a 12x24 shed. We have been told more then once it would be late on delivery. It has been over a month and we keep getting excuses. I have sent email asking for money back or to have the shed delivered...no answer..this company is a rip off. They need to be arrested. They are stealing a lot of money from people..they are very cocky on the phone when you do talk to the liars...

  We had an absolute horrible time with this company! After paying full price up front, we ordered our shed on September 29. The 8x12 shed was supposed to be done in 3-6 weeks. We heard nothing after six weeks. At week 8, I called and the shed had not even been started! They said 2-3 weeks more. After 3 weeks, I called again and they were behind! It was one excuse after another. The truck broke down, were waiting for parts. The manager was supposed to call me.never called. He was always out of the office. We asked for our money back but they were going to keep 50% of it!! They were the ones who broke the contract! Finally our shed was finished and we were set for delivery. Delivery didnt happen and no phone call. I called them. Oh, the truck blew a tire Ill call you back to reschedule. No call. Next day I called 3 times and left a message. Finally, after the 4 MONTH **** our shed was delivered! This company should not be allowed to even be in business, they are horrible to deal with and are not truthful. If they are going to be 4 months making and delivering, they should tell you that up front. VERY frustrating!! I only gave one star rating because they was no option for a ZERO!

  I ordered a shed in august of 23, paid full and the shed was a returned repo 10x20 garden ******** was nice so I paid cash on the spot. Was told end of September , sounds good right. I was called after my delivery date that the shed was double sold. Okay I thought thats fine. They offered me a new one for sale price and a different color. I have been calling about every 2 weeks since then. It is now February 7th with no shed. They said end if December youll have it NOTHING. I actually got a date of Jan 8th by the company. NOTHING. Then when I called they said the shed was on the build floor. So they said they would deliver a shed that was then said to being built a week later?! **** ** * **** ******* *** I am going to go through the courts soon.
