      I ordered a gazebo, they failed to deliver it by the date they said they would- they can't give me an estimate of when I'll receive it and they haven't given me a refund either.

      We ordered a shed and paid in FULL on 4/26/25. Was told 3-10 weeks for delivery. Here we are 17 weeks out. No shed. Absolutely no communication unless we call then we are told someone will have to call us back! Guess what no one ever does. I have even emailed *** the owner and I was told to contact the shop for updates! Dont know what is being done. I want what I paid for! And soon!!! It is going to start getting cold. And crappy. And that will be yet another excuse! I will go to the Attorney general if need be.

      On April 17, 2025 I went in to purchase an advertised repo shed from their website for $2750.00. When I got there, Keith, the salesman told me the one online had been sold 5 times over. He told me he would build me a brand new one for the same price and quoted us 3-10 weeks delivery on the purchase order attached. I paid cash in full as reflected on the receipt. It is now September 4,2025 and I still don’t have my shed.after several phone calls, Sandy, called me and told me that my shed would be delivered on Wednesday September 20,2025 so I had to take the day off to ensure I was home for delivery because they would not give me a delivery time. I waited all day and no shed. Called that night and was told the roof wasn’t in. A man named Marco called on 8/22/25 at 3:08 pm and told us the shed would be here Monday 8/25/25 between 3-7pm. He confirmed the roof was in and on the shed. 8/25/25, no shed delivered. I called to inquire and state my anger. The owner called me back screaming at me told me I would get the shed when he gives it to me. I told him I took a day off work and was lied to and he states he doesn’t care. Then told me I would have my shed later tonight or tomorrow 8/26/25. No shed delivered. Went to the shed factory 8/30 and met with Keith and he said my shed was not inside. He told me 3 trucks were loaded Friday and mine may be on it but the drivers take the trucks home. Sandy told me she would know more after Labor Day. Keith said no deliveries over the weekend. I have been reaching to Sandy since 9/2/25 with no response. On 9/2/25, Keith responded and said the owner said my shed will be here this week. I still have not received a call for delivery tomorrow. They state I will receive a 24 hour delivery notice.

      Purchased a shed from a private owner. I hired Timber Creek Structures to move the shed to my property for $750.00 on August 19, 2025. I paid $750.00 cash and have a receipt. I assumed this company would be professional as they sell and move sheds. However, the shed was picked up from the private owners yard (I witnessed this happen and the private owner) and as Tyler was moving the shed he dragged it through the yard and down the driveway. Upon delivery to my home and setting this in my backyard; Tyler messed up my yard, he tore up a good area of the rocks that I had leveled under the shed (along with pavers on top of the rocks) which made the shed unlevel as he placed it down. He said his wheels were too big and that he didn’t have small wheels for this shed to run on. The shed is clearly not level and is about 7" off on the one end. I contacted the owner, Timothy ****** through Facebook messages. I explained my disappointment and stated I wanted someone other than Tyler to come out and help me level the shed. Tim said they do not level. I said your worker unleveled it and you need to level it back to where it was. But Tim is refusing to do anything. I then went on to make this complaint and realized just how many other customers (looking at Google Reviews and the Better Business Bureau) have also been taken by this company in one way or another. It is important to note that on Timber Creek Structures Facebook, they mention their business on the Belmont lot is no longer there and they are operating out of their factory at: 3710 Hendricks Road in Youngstown, Ohio.

      Paid $1,500 cash on 8/3/2024 for a shed, told delivery would be within 3–12 weeks by Tim. Despite multiple promises, no shed was delivered. Last communication was on 7/18/2025, company promised delivery on 7/25/2025 — this did not happen. I requested a full refund, and the company stopped all communication. No product or refund has been provided.

      Bought a shed for 2750 on march 21, 2025 and paid for the shed in full. Business said it was 3-8 weeks before it would be delivered. Timbercreek structures is now giving me the run around and when they return my calls they say that they will have someone call me back and no one ever does. I would love to have the building I paid for but at this point I just want my money refunded and I have asked for this from the business. Again they tell me that they will have someone call me back and no one ever does

      On May 30, 2025 went to Tim Timber Creek Structures and purchased a 14'x32' deck that was located on their lot. Put a deposit down and they stated verbally and in contract that it would take 1-4 weeks for delivery. On June 9, 2025 deck was delivered, only to discover the deck they brought was too small and was measured by 24' long. Not the deck entered into contract for. The delivery man called the owner and told him what was going on. They determined that they would build an extra 8x14' portion and have it delivered and attached to the existing deck they delivered, which is in writing. Since then we have called several times to the company to see what is going on. I've only been told that they have to find out, that they just got back from vacation, and excuses go on. NO ANSWERS. Then decided to call the finance company to see if they could help with this. Told the lady on phone the issue and she said she would have to talk to her manager and that he would call me back. Guess what?... no phone call. Called ****** **** ** *** back with no answer and left a voice mail. Still no call back from either company.

      I purchased a shed from Timbercreek structures on February 26, 2025 . I paid 2135 for the shed. It was supposed to be delivered within 2-3 weeks. As of today may 12th the shed has not been delivered. The man who sold the shed will not return my calls and every time I talk to somebody in the office they just tell me next week. I am done waiting and I just want a refund.

      Breach of contract. Paid in cash full for shed. Was suppost to be delivered in 6 weeks and now it is over 6 months

      every month when I call either told a deliver week the following month or no return call.
