  I want to say it has been the worst experience I have ever had! I ordered a shed 8/6/2022 they said it could take 8 to 13 week I really should of walked away at that point , but my wife said we could wait I could be patient, that being said Im not very patient at all . So fast forward to 3/23/23 I get informed they are getting ready to build shed but loan I applied for is no longer available. So Im told they well sell it to me no interest at ************************************************************* 2 week Im told yes did not happen I doubled that time and canceled 4/22/23 the sales man was top secret on best way to ge my refund on deposit ****** I texted him 4/29/23 5/4/23 5/6/23 5/8/23 5/16/23 Asking about refund Then I find an email for the owner and I believe he blocked first email addresses that I tried to contact him with so I used another and finally he replied to call office and gave wrong phone #My wife called that # and left message no response so I emailed him again and and then after me being determined to fill his emails I got the correct # to call along with On 5/16/23 it takes 8 to 12 weeks for refund Everytime u email will push another week So Ive waited 13 weeks and I call and the power was out on 8 /15 2023

  I, like many others are getting the run around. I ordered a shed 05/08/23 paid the full amount of the shed that was advertised, and had a COD for the rest of the amount since I added windows and had a delivery fee. The approximate delivery date I was given was **** weeks. I called 06/05/23 to touch base on when it would arrive. I was told 07/17/23. Which would be the full 10 weeks. That was fine. I call on 07/17/23 since it was supposed to arrive. It hadn't hit the floor and it would the following week. I wait. I call on 08/01/23 and was told it would not be delivered until 09/05/23. I became upset because I had plans to convert it to a much needed chicken coop, and was to have it almost complete by my upcoming vacation. They moved the delivery up to 08/21/23. I called 08/14/23 to see if plans for the 08/21 delivery were still on track. Nope. I was told that was the week they would start building. They WILL NOT refund my money the way I paid for a product I'm sure they don't plan on delivering since they broke their own contract last month. Which I need that money or the product as of yesterday! I wish I had done the ****** search for them before I went to see them. I, like many others are being stolen from. I filed a complaint at the beginning of this month because I knew I was being lied to. And I was right. This is a terrible "business" that takes hard working people's money, doesn't deliver the product that was paid for, and essentially refuses to give their money back. I hope the company sees this since it won't be posted. Because they are thieving from me.

  I ordered a 12' x 28' shed on 3-27-2023 and was given a delivery date of 3-9 weeks. I had to send 1/2 down($3290.77) through a bank paper check. I then got a call from them on 6-9-2023 and said shed would be delivered in 3-4 weeks. Since then I have called or text 14 different times only for them to tell me they can't give me any date as to when i would receive my shed. I had messaged them and said if they don't want to build it I would gladly accept my deposit back and walk away. I got no response. Still waiting on something.............

  Save your money. This place and the brother company is horrible. Treats the employees like garbage. Steals from people and makes fun of their customers who support them. Trash talk people who live in mobile homes even after they have spent money supporting their company. Delivery time is a joke you may get your build in a week or a year. The owner talks to his clients like total trash. Stay away from this company. As far away as possible.

  Zero stars. Worst customer service in all my 69 years. I have no idea how these people are able to continue operating and advertising and deceiving customers. My order for a small 10x12 "gazebo" (it's really a simple rustic pavilion) was placed, and a 50% deposit made, on Weds May 3 2023. I needed it before a July 21 party. They had told me **** weeks, so I wasn't worried. About 8 weeks I began checking on its status more often, getting antsy. Last Monday, July 17, I called, and *****, the woman who spoke with me several times during this process, told me it was "going to the floor," would be built Tuesday, and delivered before Thursday. Weds afternoon when I called, she said it was not finished. I reminded her my party was Friday at 5, and I still had to load equipment into it. She said she apologized for that. My party came and went, no pavilion.This past Wednesday (yesterday) I calmly called and told ************ wanted her to send me photos of my pavilion-in-progress to my e-mail address. She said she would. Not surprisingly, that didn't happen either. So today I have contacted the **** my credit card company, the **** Attorney General's website, and now the BBB. Something truly needs to be done about these people, who seem to be very skilled liars and thieves.

  I purchased a shed on May 5th 2023 and I was told it would take 3 to 10 Weeks to get it it's going on 12 they had it scheduled to deliver on 724 of 2023 no call no show And I call them and they blow me off like I never had a delivery Appointment It was paid for UP front all $3000 on 5 5 2023 They are Also a tax fraud company did not charge me taxes since it was cash I have a receipt and a copy of it I wanted delivered or I want my money back by this Friday Also a tax fraud company did not charge me taxes since it was cash I have a receipt and a copy of it I wanted delivered or I want my money back by this Friday Without the -25% for them being in breach of contract

  I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience dealing with TimberCreek Structures. I purchased a shed from them in November 2021 and was given an estimated delivery date of January 31, 2022. However, the shed was delivered more than a month later, on March 15, 2022, already putting a dent in my expectations.
  The 6x6' front door handles were incredibly difficult to turn, making it a hassle to open and close the shed. Even worse, the right door required a forceful kick at the bottom just to get it to fully close. This is unacceptable considering the shed is still fairly new and under warranty.
  Frustrated by these issues, I reached out to TimberCreek Structures numerous times, speaking with the same lady who always promised to send someone to address the problems. However, despite my numerous calls, nothing was done to resolve the issues. On one occasion, a repairman even promised to come on a Saturday morning, but he never showed up. I wasted an entire Saturday waiting for him and was unable to contact him after he conveniently turned off his phone.
  In a last-ditch effort, I decided to email TimberCreek Structures directly. To my dismay, the response I received from the owner was far from satisfactory. He made a dismissive comment about not reading books, which I found highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of acknowledging the legitimate concerns I had raised about the door handles and construction, he chose to argue about the leveling of the shed. I had sought the opinion of professional contractors, who clearly stated that the issue lay with the door handle and construction.
  However, the owner insisted that he would only send someone if I provided photographic evidence of the leveler on the shed flooring. This response only further highlighted his lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction.
  In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from considering TimberCreek Structures for their shed needs.

  Bought a shed on Labor Day 2022 with a leadtime of 6-8 weeks. After 25 weeks and multiple failed calls the shed showed up. The driver forgot to bring the ramp it was supposed to come with so when we called about that we were told they had no trucks coming our way and it would be easier if we just came to get it which is an hour trip each way. When I sent them a ******** message about it they told me they don't have a truck and will see about getting it to me. Then told me to feel free to leave any review I want as that won't help. This company is an absolute joke from the owner all the way down to the women who answer the phone telling you what you want to hear but with no action. Wouldn't trust this company to build me a doghouse.

  We ordered a 10 by 20 shed with porch in August 2022, paid half down. 9 months later and still no shed. Numerous excuses. Something needs done with this Company.

  Ordered a shed July 2022, finally received April 2023 after many phone calls and e-mails being ignored. I had to threaten legal action. Tried to cancel several times, and was told they would keep my $4k deposit (half of the cost). Also demanded final payment in cash only (tax fraud?). Horrible customer service. Worse product. Have to now reinforce the roof on the "Amish built" (yeah right) shed. They have 10 PAGES of scam reports with the Ohio ************************** and have now started a business under an alternative name. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON. SCAMMERS. THEY TAKE A 50% DEPOSIT AND TAKE SO LONG TO DELIVER THAT THEY HOPE YOU CANCEL WITH NO REFUND.
