      Secure Data Recovery was able to recover ****% of our data. They were very thorough in explaining everything to **, from before we sent the drive in to following up after. It is VERY pricey, but if you value your data you will pay for it. This company had great reviews and was half the cost of another reputable company that we contacted. They answered all our questions before, during, and after the ************** was received faster than expected.

      Secure Data Recovery Services recovered 6 years of my work from a broken hard drive. They persisted even though there was a challenge with missing ******* chip. ********************* provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend their service.

      I feel the company is only interested in the money aspect of the business and not fulfilling the needs of the customer with being honest regarding retrievability of documents. After receiving an exorbitant price for recovery I sent the external drive to another company, that is recommended by the maker of the external drive, only to find out that there was no possibility of retrieval. It then lend me to believe one of two things: *********** was going to use the line after it could not retrieve any data that I still owe them money as per policy; or that they retrieve some data and had it somewhere but did something else to the external drive that no one else could. I am sure the answer is someone in-between. Therefore, would I recommend this company...it is a hard NO.

      Our company contacted Secure Data Recovery for recovering data from an external hard drive. They recovered data for us that wouldn't spin up when connected to the *** The price for recovery was fair & the team was able to recover the data in a timely manner. Payment was easy through their website. They were prompt in answering any questions we had.

      Back in approximately 2010, I had a hard drive that fell off my desk while it was on and it caused many internal issues. Needless to say, the drive was 'no-good' afterwards and I could not access the countless pictures that I had saved on it. I did some research at the time and shipped the drive out to a facility that specialized in data recovery. Unfortunately, they told me my drive was too damaged to repair. I had them send me the damaged drive and held it for another five years before I sent it to another facility to try again (I figured newer technology would be available to fix it). Once again, I was disappointment to be told that the drive was too damaged and couldn't be repaired. Again, I had the drive sent back to me and put in storage. Fast forward to November of 2022, I decided to research companies that specialize in data recovery and found good ratings on Secure Data Recovery Services. I called them up and spoke with *************************. I explained what happened to the drive and the previous efforts to recover the data and he said he was confident that they could repair the drive and recover the data. From that point on I worked directly with ***** to get the drive shipped out and was informed within a week that their engineers would be able to repair it. I was super excited but a bit skeptical. At this point, I felt I would believe it when I saw it. I knew the cost would be pricey but it would be worth it. Anytime, throughout the process, whenever I had questions, ***** was quick to respond to my emails and was always thorough and friendly; a perfect example of what customer service should be. It took a bit longer than I expected but I finally received the hard drive with my data on it and I couldn't be happier. Thanks for all your help *****!

      **** ****** was great! He was very swift with the whole process and I really appreciated that he gave me a more in depth report about my hard drive when I asked.
