  When my NAS failed, I was in a panic. The ** website told me they didn't do data recovery but did provide a list of partners they recommended. I was thrilled to find a Secure Data Recovery location less then 10 miles away. From my first phone call to getting back the recovered data, all went smoothly. The staff was very helpful and the communications clear. I had my recovered data back in a MOST timely fashion. These are good guys

  After hurricane ***, we had a dead backup drive that had been submerged in sea water for several hours. We had all but given up hope that any data would be recoverable, but Secure Data was able to recover critical files from it! Customer service was excellent too; **** kept us informed of the progress at every stage of the recovery process. Secure Data Recovery Services will be my go-to resource for "lost" data from now on.

  I found Secure Data Recovery Services online and, after a thorough discussion about our issue, I decided to give them a try. They were very responsive to the questions I had, and I appreciated their approach - there was no fee if they were not able to recover the data I wanted. **** and others kept me informed about the recovery status and the delivered earlier than promised. I hope that we'll not need to use them again, but should we have future data recovery needs, I would definitely entrust them with attempting to recover the data.

  **** was helpful in helping me with my problems. Although Secure Data Recovery was not able to recover data from my broken hard drive - another competitor has already failed so the hard disk is probably broken beyond all help - they gave me a very clear explanation of the reasons why the recovery failed. That helped ease the pain. For those who are looking for data recovery help, Secure Data Recovery is the place to go. No, the price is not cheap. But take it from me, someone who ended up not having to pay because the recovery failed. The money Secure Data Recovery asks for is little compared to the pain of hearing about the failed data recovery. It was not quite like hearing about someone's death, but I did go through all five stages of grief over the lost data. It is hard to understand unless you actually get bad news, and, from the other reviews here, it seems that the vast majority get a successful recovery. I hope Secure Data Recovery is successful in your data recovery too.

  From the time I called in to inquire about their services ******* was great at explaining the process and once I became a customer he kept me informed and followed up on everything. I hope I never need their services again but if I do I will be calling ******* at Secure Data Recovery.

  The IT department at my office recommended Secure Data Recovery for a failed external hard drive, and I''m so glad I followed their advice! ***************************, the customer service rep assigned to my case, was very friendly, professional, and willing to answer my questions. The whole process, from shipping the drive to SDR to getting the data back on a new solid state drive, went smoothly and much faster than I had expected. While I must admit I was initially shocked by the cost, after looking into it I realized it was both justified and consistent with the market. Getting all those "lost" files back was worth every *****. Thanks, **** and SDR!

  Secure Data Recovery Services successfully reconstructed my hard drive and manually transferred every file onto another storage device. They performed a 100% recovery of my lost files and they performed it at the quoted cost and estimated timeframe. I highly recommend Secure Data Recovery Services! AAA

  Great customer service from SDRS, more specifically *************************. He was clear and concise when informing me on the process of recovering my data, the pricing, and the timetable. ****** was also quick to reply to all of my inquiries, and was able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend SDRS.
