      I am working on my PhD and due to water damage I thought I lost all of my information. Secure Data Recovery Services acted fast and **** explained the whole process and kept me updated. They were able to get all my information back and sent it overnight along with my computer. I thought the computer was lost, but after checking it, it works well! Thank you so much!

      I had a voice recorder crash and delete dozens of hours of interviews. It was expensive, but after I weighed the time, effort, and headache needed to re-interview, I decided it was well worth the money. The guys over at Secure were able to recover everything. The entire operation was smooth and they stayed in communication the entire time. I had all my files back on my computer in about 2 weeks. Really thankful for these guys, and I would highly recommend.

      My SSD stopped working (wouldn't turn on at all, couldn't view any files) that I have been using to backup everything for the last 7 years, and I was really upset about losing all of that, including our honeymoon pictures. I was able to get 100% back after Secure Data Recovery worked on it. The price was a bit high for me, but ***************************** went above and beyond for me to reach out to management and work out a way to make it more affordable. I have my drive back now (technically a new drive) with all of my files and projects I have been working on, and it is perfect.

      ***************************** was so helpful and calming when I thought I had lost years worth of photos and documents by dropping and breaking my external hard drive. He was in constant communication with me as the data recovery process progressed, and followed up to make sure everything was okay. I can't thank him enough, because now I have a new, more modern hard drive with almost every single file I thought I had lost, recovered.

      When my NAS failed, I was in a panic. The ** website told me they didn't do data recovery but did provide a list of partners they recommended. I was thrilled to find a Secure Data Recovery location less then 10 miles away. From my first phone call to getting back the recovered data, all went smoothly. The staff was very helpful and the communications clear. I had my recovered data back in a MOST timely fashion. These are good guys
