      **** and the team at SDR were life savers. My daughter had lost (or so we thought) years worth or artwork on her computer--no thanks to some sloppy mishandling by our local laptop repair shop. The folks at Secure found the data and extracted it for her, sent it to our doorsteep on a fresh drive. Thanks, guys. This dad will be forever grateful.

      I could not have asked for a better customer service representative than *****************************. My iPhone SE was stuck in a boot loop after running out of storage and I hadn't backed up any of my photos, videos, or audio recordings from the last four years. Apple and other repair places told me the only option was to factory reset the phone and lose everything, but ******** assured me Secure Data Recovery would be able to retrieve all of my data. He was there every step of the way to answer questions and understood the importance of this personal data to me. He always responded in a timely manner on both email and phone. Thanks to him and the *** team, I have my priceless memories back and will always be grateful for their help and great service. They even sent the phone back in working order!

      ************ was so helpful helping me! Our professional photography studio had a master hard drive go down.
