  Absolutely disappointed with this company and their service department. Their service department doesnt return phone calls or emails and their technicians do not try every possible step to ensure data recovery.I had a hard drive that broke and used a local company in *******, **. When they could not recover my data, I reached out to Secure Data Recovery and set up a system with the hope that they could recover my data.However, they were unable to. The real reason Im disappointed is because I do not believe Secure Data Recovery took all the steps to recover my data.Secure Data Recovery believed that they did not have the original printed circuit board, but the local *************** said they returned it, but had rewritten the malware on the board. I provided Secure Data Recovery with this information and even a ****** Drive link from the ***************, however, I believe that Secure Data Recovery never used this link, nor did they reach out to me or the original *************** for assistance. If they had used the link, I was never informed at all.Several times, I reached out to *************************** who was handling my case, but he never called me back or returned any emails I sent him.To make matters worse, Secure Data Recovery did not return all of my equipment. I was missing the original case for the hard drive, its USB cable and documented paperwork from the ***************, that I included so Secure Data Recovery would have notes on what to do. When it was eventually returnedafter multiple emailsI was never notified that the missing items had been found and were being returned.All of this is why I believe my data recovery failed, because Secure Data Recovery failed to take every step needed, to think outside the box about what needed to be done, let alone properly communicate with me when needed.

  Sadly, my hard drive broke at the absolute worst time. I had to have the whole thing replaced and the business in ******** was unable to retrieve my data. They had to send it out to Secure Data Recovery. Unfortunately, I had just come through a terrible time with an employer and then an unemployment dispute that left me reliant on credit cards to get by. ********************* at Secure Data Recovery was patient with me as I struggled to catch up on my mandatory payments (car, ***********) and waited close to 2 months before I could pay for the service. He checked in now and again but not aggressively, as I feared might happen. I really appreciate that since I was in such a bind. Also, thanks for getting me back my stuff!

  I recently had an issue with non-bootable hard drive to which I lost access, and tried multiple of times to try and recover myself. At this point I knew I was over my head when I tried all types of recovery methods and none applied, and the only way I could think of having any hopes of recovery was to get in touch with several auto-recovery businesses. After some thought and interactions the one that stood out the most, and was the most professional and courtesy was Secure Data Recovery Services, and their team. The moment I contacted them, I felt taken care of. *********************, a representative I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped understand the process of their either being a full recovery or no recovery at all.I would highly recommend this company for anyone in need of hardware data retrieval services. Their level of expertise, professionalism, and customer service truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making a difficult situation much easier!

  I recommend Secure Data Recovery for data recovery services. If you fail to have current, good backups of your valuable data, turn to Secure Data Recovery to get the job done right and done fast. My representative, **********, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. It's an extremelyanxious feeling when you are faced with the loss of your importantdata. You just want it back as soon as possible. After contacting Secure Data Recovery, they directed me to the nearest drop-off locationin my area (just a few miles from my home). My drives were boxed up and off to Secure Data Recovery at no charge to me. They received the drives the very next day, performed the evaluation and were able to give me a recovery estimate that same day. Pricing was more than I expected, but it's hard to put a price on your critical data. Once I approved the recovery it didn't take them long at all to complete the job. I had my drives back within a week. Faster than I had anticipated. They kept me up to date through the entire process, through email and their portal (their website tracks your case number). They were always able to answer myquestions when I called forclarification onaspects of the process (no matter which representative takes your call). They were able to get everything recovered except for 23 files (nearly 100%). They have even been supportive after the process. I have had a few questions since getting my data back and **** has always been quick to respond. Do yourself a favor and make sure you have adequatebackups. If you fail to do so and end up with a corrupted drive or any failure you can trust that Secure Data Recovery will do their best to get your data back to you.

It was a very easy and quick process. Most of my data was restored and I am very grateful to the entire team for their efforts.
