      I was desperate and frustrated with the non-supportive "support" that came with a suddenly-broken external drive, loaded with 17 years of my kids and my memories, work, and creations.       Faced with an existential business crisis of my own making, I quickly realized that local computer help was not going to be able to recover my data to keep my in business. I luckily found Secure Data Recovery Services and after reading their online information and speaking with their staff member, *******, I believed that this company was on top of its game and that we needed their services immediately. Within 14 hours of my first call with them, they had my hard drive in their hands **** miles away due to their overnight services they provided. They assured me they could get the data off the broken hard drive and they did! Within a business day, the new hard drive with my recovered data was on its way to my location with a 99% recovery rate of my data. The moral of the story is to backup your date frequently but if you are in an emergency circumstance, contact these people especially if your entire business is dependent upon someone getting your data back.
