Angela has a positive vibe and gets us an answer to any question we have. Prompt follow up and honest integrity is why we choose NVP for our warranty needs.

1 starI apologize for the super high rating of 1 I had to give them. There wasn’t an option to erase the stars. I purchased a car with the 4 star warranty. I called every shop in my town and none of them would work with them because of past experiences. I finally found pep boys. They sent a report saying it needs a new engine and they don’t do that kind of work. Nvp said I have to tow it from there to a shop that will. Nobody in littlenrock accepts them and I told them that. And. The manager. THE MANAGER was super rude and just said he can’t do anything. I’m walking miles to work every day and just wanted what I paid for. By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with!!! Not just in warranties, I mean in general! Please don’t make the same mistake I did and get their warranty. U should pay the car dealership to just not offer it to youNVP Warranty

Good morning, ******** I am sorry that you are having difficulties with your vehicle repairs. One of our claims managers spoke with you on 8/25 attempting to find another possible shop option in your area, but you disconnected the call mid-sentence. Our VSC is a reimbursement too, for auto repairs. We do our best to assist locating a repair facility that will work with us, but at the end of the day cannot control whether or not a particular service center accepts third party Vehicle Service Contracts. We will also need your vehicle's maintenance records once the vehicle is relocated to a facility that can perform the necessary repairs. They requested replacement of the harmonic balancer, which is an external pulley on your engine. Unfortunately, this part is not listed for coverage under the 4 Star Service Contract you have with NVP. 1 starThis warranty company came highly recommended to me after purchasing my vehicle. I am aware that maintenance on my vehicle is expensive. However I went to a Mechanic shop that was willing to work with my warranty company and I needed a new A/C system replaced in my vehicle. The warranty company was only willing to do minimum to get this done. I spoke with the representative at the mechanic shop and he said that he had NEVER had that experience happen to him before working with this company. Apparently the claims representative didn't want to cover the full amount of hours of labor needed to complete the job. With me needing a/c system done they only were willing to do one part associated with it. Now i also have the 5 Star plan which you would think would cover more.
I am very disappointed in their lack of providing me with all I needed to get my vehicle serviced properly causing me to come out of my pocket more. People purchase Extended warranties to help them save money for maintenance, I hear so many horror stories about extended warranty companies and now this nightmare has happened to meNVP Warranty

Good morning. We are sorry that you were not pleased with your experience with NVP. We were able to offer coverage on the failed A/C compressor. The contamination damage to the condenser is not a qualified failure, and the requested Canister Purge Valve is an emissions component not listed for coverage. 1 starApparently my clutch assembly (not the clutch itself, literally the entire assembly) is not part of my drivetrain since it’s not covered under my DRIVETRAIN WARRANTY.

1 starDON'T DO IT! It's a scam, they are shady and full of it. They don't pay the full price of the parts. They also don't cover what is actually necessary for the repair. Had a $1200 quote from my mechanic and they gave me $200 total. DON'T DO IT!NVP Warranty

Good morning, Mr. ********* We are sorry that you are no pleased with the coverage your Vehicle Service Contract afforded. Our contract covers component failure only, which is why the coverage was limited to the right rear coil spring. the shop requested a pair, but there was no failure to the other side, hence the reason for no coverage for the functioning part. The shop's labor rate of $165/hr was well over the area average of $126.51 in the area the repairs were being performed. The VSC also covers Alldata labor guide time for the installation. 1 starDon't DO IT!!! Hopefully whoever is reading this and doing research to see if they are going to purchase any one of the NVP Warranty plans DO NOT DO IT!!! I purchased this useless piece of paper and a 2019 Pickup truck from ******** **** ***** in PA. I only had the vehicle just under 2 years but traded the vehicle because I no longer needed the vehicle for work purposes. When I called to see about a prorated refund, I spoke with John G. who I felt was very cold and computer like. He just kept reading the contract to me about why they wouldn't prorate my money that they have 100% full payment. (Where was he with that same energy when I was purchasing this $3K piece of paper) I was told the warranty could be transferred to another person that purchased the vehicle but yet if I can't get a prorated refund then why can't the remaining time of the warranty be put on my new vehicle??? But wait there is more, it only applies when you sell it to someone personally and not when it is traded in. OK. Well Let play a numbers game. If you have all the money and no one gets the warranty or prorated funds that mean that when your vehicle is traded that amount is included in the sale of the traded vehicle. What do I mean you ask. If you have 20K pay off on that vehicle according to the bank that you finance with then the 3K or whatever the amount you paid for the plan is being financed through the bank because NVP already received their pay in full. So technically the payoff for the bank Loan should have been 17K which mean they get you coming and going! I may not be able to get my money back from scamming NVP and their scamming dealer but if I can save 1 or 2 people from buying this rip-off piece of paper that they have the dealers push on you then I will feel like some justice will be served. Also please take note at the other review about getting repairs done to your vehicle when needed. they will find a way out of that too. 1 star****BEWARE**** 1 million percent don't waste your money with this company! From them it was an example of "too bad, can't help you. Thank you for your money. Bye."
None of the shops around me were willing to work with them because they didn't reimburse or refused to pay for certain items required to complete the job. I couldn't take it to one of their partner repair shops because my car wouldn't make it that far, which I explained to them. They were not willing to help me out in any way.
NVP said they were not willing to work with me, but only with the repair shops directly...but the repair shops aren't willing to work with them. I guess this is how they make money- they only work with repair shops that don't want to work with them.
In addition, their customer service lacked positive attitude, communication skills, problem solving, and empathy.

These payments have reached the contractually stipulated limit of liability, which in this case, is the purchase price of your vehicle. NVP has now paid $9,995 in claims on your vehicle in accordance with the terms and conditions of the vehicle service agreement.
