  Have five star coverage. I have not been disappointed. My vehicle is a Jaguar and I have run into the typical coolant problems. MVP has been there for me throughout.

  I purchase this insurance when I purchase a vehicle from memory motors in Nashville, Tennessee. And they sold me this defaulty NVP insurance for 3,500 and
  4 months later I had engine problems with my vehicle. I call them several times I spoke with the supervisor Steve and several other supervisors and they are refusing to pay for my vehicle and give me a hard time to cancel the to cancel the insurance that I have not even signed nor form.

  The worst warranty company we have worked with. Our dealership reputation has gone down because pf them. Dealerships needs to stay away from this company. they're scammers and not trying to do their job. They just collect money and screw the customers and dealers.

  Good afternoon. The issue with the claim denial was due to the vehicle in question having a salvage title, which prevented the customer from obtaining factory powertrain coverage through the manufacturer. Our contracts do not offer assistance for these particular instances when a vehicle cannot obtain factory coverage due to a branded title. Our newest contract re-write does have a provision to extend coverage to these particular instances with our new Salvage Surcharge.

  Called Customer Care and have to say It was an amazing service. The lady who got the call was very knowledgeable and had empathy to my car issues. She even provided me with some useful paperwork that I was able to look through and get it resolved.
