      ***** ***** ********** ** ***** talker me into NVP warranty for my **** **** ********* My local **** Dealer only honors **** purchased warranty. Contacted NVP, to cancel and purchase a **** warranty. Their response was basically, too bad, can’t get out of it.

Unfortunately, the only eligible reasons for cancellation of your service contract are if the vehicle is declared a total loss by an insurance company or repossessed by a lending institution. We will accept a claim from any licensed repair facility that is willing to call us to start a claim and provide details about the vehicle breakdown.       AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY NVP WARRANTY. First time I had to use the warranty for my son’s Kia and I must say I received the most amazing customer service ever. My son had an issue with his vehicle which needed to be towed to the dealership.
      I called the warranty company to have the vehicle towed and the representative was highly experienced and professional. He kept me informed via text when the tow company should arrive. I DID NOT have to call numerous times to ask for a status. My son was only stranded for 30 minutes before the tow truck arrived. I appreciate the exceptional service provided and how the representative went above and beyond to expedite the service. Thank you so much! An Extremely Satisfied Customer.

      This company is horrible if you are going to put a claim. Their customer service reps are very uncaring and robot like.
      I had my first complaint back in 2021 the year we bought the warranty and had to fight with my teeth to get them to replace the alternator.
      This time around my car stalled on one of the busiest freeways in Houston and car had to be towed to the shop. My BMW 2015 car had been running smoothly all these years until approximately the first week of Christmas. Now this company was told that the engine blew up on the car. Then I get a call to provide them with receipts of the oil change. Unfortunately, the oil changes were being done by my husband who of course did not keep receipts. So at this time this company says they are not accusing us of not doing the maintenance but without those receipts they are taking the shops word that the engine blew up and nothing they can do and that our Claim is denied and no other option for us. It is bring us those receipts or your thousands of dollars we paid for the warranty are in the trash, car is still being paid on and now it is up to us on what we want to do with the car. Please, please keep all the copies of every maintenance you do on your CAR or this company will just keep your money and rip you off.

      Good morning, ****. Your Vehicle Service Contract with NVP outlines several responsibilities that apply to both you as well as NVP. One of the vehicle owner's obligations is to maintain the vehicle according to the manufacturer's requirement, and to have proof of this maintenance by means of verifiable service records that reflect the maintenance performed, dates, materials purchased, and mileage. Without these documents, we are unfortunately unable to proceed with the claims process. As of right now, we have not received these required documents.

      Steven ******** was awesome helping with my NVP info. I asked about my warranty and what was covered. He stated good tidbits and was very professional. I am glad I got this protection package as my wife and family truly love this car.

      My car turned on four warning lights a month into my purchase with the NVP warranty. This not the fault of NVP.
      However, as our repair shop asked NVP if they needed the codes for these claim issues, The representative replied "No, Just tell us the problems". The repairs were denied summarily sight unseen.
      NVP refused all of my $886 repair cost and ignored my replies about justifying, or even itemizing the denial of contract service. There was no tier listing provided for next level coverage upon purchase. If you are looking to NVP for reassurance on buying a user car, please reconsider.

      Good morning, John. We request failure codes when we are making coverage determinations for eligible items. Your service contract is Powertrain level. Your repair facility told us that the vehicle required replacement of the Oxygen sensors, and that it also had an ABS light on. Unfortunately, nothing in the ABS system is listed for coverage, nor are any sensors under your particular contract. Your coverage scope is limited to internally lubricated listed components of the engine, transmission, and drive axle. We are sorry that we could not assist with coverage in this instance.       Terrible....SCAM SCAM SCAM. My engine locked on ( no accidents, didn't run over any foreign objects) due to an oil leak. The well known auto service warned me when I took it to him...NVP is a scam. Turns out, they want him to take the engine out completely break it down and they'll send a guy out to assess the root cause. Meanwhile, I'm out of a vehicle for another week. So I tried to cancel my policy only to find out you have to request this at the BEGINNING of your policy. Great Job NVP. I've been on hold this whole time writing this waiting for a supervisor. Beware drivers.....BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!!!

      Good afternoon, Rich. We received a claim call from your shop requesting an engine replacement. the shop advised that there was almost no oil in the engine upon arrival. Unfortunately, your contract does not cover engine failures attributable to lack of lubrication, regardless of the cause. We did advise your repair facility that you have the option to authorize the shop to perform some teardown to verify the exact cause of failure, and we would re-evaluate once this has been done. Please bear in mind that lack of lubrication failures in an engine leave certain telltale signs, and if the failure is indeed attributable to operating the vehicle without the proper lubricants, we would not be able to assist with coverage.
