      Trash company, trash people working at it. they'll take your money and deny your claim when the time comes that you need the warranty. reading the other reviews, I'm not the first and absolutely won't be the last. asked to speak to a supervisor, then asked to speak to the supervisor's supervisor, and was told he would not transfer me. useless "warranty" won't cover a wheel bearing that failed while driving down the interstate. can't overstate what a trash company this is.

      Good morning. Our Vehicle Service Contracts do not offer coverage for issues that have been determined to be present at or before the time of sale of the vehicle. The photos provided to us by your repair facility confirmed that the failures were long term in nature, and not something that would have occurred 1 day after purchase.       Good morning, ************ Your repair facility contacted us yesterday requesting a serpentine belt and an upper timing cover gasket. Unfortunately, these two items are not listed for coverage under your 4-Star coverage level. If your shop encounters any additional items needing replacement, please have them contact us so that we can assess coverage.

      THIS PLACE IS A SCAM , I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO THE MECHANIC , GOT THE DIAGNOSTIC DONE RELAYED THE MESSAGE BACK TO THE WARRANTY COMPANY .... WHO DOEST COVER ANY OF THE THINGS WRONG WITH MY TRUCK . EVEN THOUGH I PAID THEM $ 3,000 FOR THIER SERVICE . MY BILL IS CLOSE TO $11,000 AND MY WARRANTY THAT I PAID FOR OUT OF POCKET SHOULD COVER IT . THEY DONT EVEN TOW THE VEHICLE TO THE PLACES THEY HAVE LISTED ON THIER SITE . ABSOLUTE TRASH

We see that you contacted our office multiple times, but we must have the shop contact us to relay to one of our adjusters the specific problems and work your vehicle requires.

      Don't waste your time and money with NVP Warranty. They don't cover anything and their descriptions are vague at best. I have only had them for three months and I had two claims. One was a boot that came off of my inner tie rod which connects to the steering rack. The steering rack is covered by warranty and the tie rod is covered by warranty but the boot that protects where the two connect is not, REALLY!! They denied it and it cost me less than 100.00 to fix it and yet they denied it, I don't get it. They cover my 4X4 system yet when my transfer case motor failed, they denied the claim saying that the part is not covered. There are so many good warranty companies out there, don't get stuck with this one! Find a company that will actually cover your car. I totally wasted 2600.00 and can not get a refund as the dealer that I bought the car from said I could only transfer the warranty, not cancel it. That was Houston Auto Credit which is a whole other story, don'T buy from them either. They are total frauds!

      Good morning, ****. I reviewed the claim submitted on your behalf on 2/20/24. Your repair facility reported to us that your vehicle needed a tie rod boot and transfer case shift motor. Unfortunately, tie rods and the aforementioned transfer case motor are not items listed for coverage under your 4-Star service contract. We only cover internally lubricated parts of the transfer case. The shift motor in question is an external part that is bolted to the outside of the case assembly. If you have any other questions or would like any additional clarification, please call us at 888-270-5835 and we will be happy to assist you.

      After 6 months into my NVP warranty, I was checking over my vehicles paperwork and, other than my cancelled check, I couldn't find paper proof that I paid for my NVP warranty. I called NVP and a professional and helpful representative looked me up and assured me that they had me in their system. He immediately emailed me a membership card and also a copy of my contract. Hopefully I will not need to ever file a claim...but if I do...I feel that if I...and the folks servicing my vehicle...follow their requirements as listed in the contract all should be ok. Their contract is understandably lengthy so all would be advised to become familiar with all it contains and keep a copy in your vehicle. Also make sure to keep and file all receipts relevant to required maintaining of your vehicle. I only left 4 stars because I was not commenting on a claim. ****** *

      I'm giving you 4 stars for now because I'm at the very beginning stages of learning about this extended warranty plan. I just called NVP and talked to Matt about an issue I'm having with my car. Matt was super nice, professional and gave me great information on where to bring my car and how things work. Hopefully I'll be changing the 4 stars to a 5 star.

      My opinion alone u do want u want. I would not ever do business with them ever. I mean ever. I had a emergency repair and it was denied for being untimely for reimbursement or not pre authorized. I'm a essential employee so it's critical I be at work and on time. So I personally don't have time for what it's. I paid 3850 for a top if the line warranty with wear and tear. Traded the car due to mechanical issues my lack of faith in the warranty and because the dealer I purchased vehicle would not to calls text voice mails or emails. They knew of the potential problems and said u got a manufacturer type warranty so everything covered. So to prevent me from losing my job I traded it and was extremely upside-down. Now I'm seeking to get a prorated amount back and they are refusing even tho I traded it in not even a year later or even close to the warranty Mile limit. Because ever the repairs the dealership made was coming apart. And that suv wasn't reliable. I'm still seeking a prorated amount back which I feel I'm entitled since the car isn't in my possession and I didn't go over the warranty mileage or year coverage

      Good morning. A review of your contact history with us shows that you had repairs done without prior authorization, which are not reimbursable per the terms and conditions of your contract. All work must be pre-approved in order to be eligible for coverage. Additionally, we reviewed your cancellation request, and were unable to proceed with it due to the only eligible cancellation reasons are due to the vehicle being declared a total loss by an insurance company, or repossession by a financial institution.

      That car lot wrote on purchase order that this warranty was a manufacturer type warranty. Nothing was mention to me about losing the money I paid for if I traded it in. I.was only 11 months into the contract and no where near the miles limit and it has a clause for emergency repairs in which I had done. It doesn't specify who can determine that other than the customer

      im a pa dealer that sells many warr our veh are fully checked be for we sell them i include a nvp warr with every veh sold we had one claim and it was not paid warr co said it was a prev problem ill never sell other warr for them there nothing but liars who in the world can perdict when something goes wrong and they make there sales rep lie to get your buss they are a big rip off iv sold over 35000 so far of warr in month of jan /24 so whos losing out surly not me
