      I am a brand new customer. My fiance and I were told that with this warranty (which is supposed to be good for 2 years) would cover 24hr roadside assistance. Well, the battery died on our Land Rover that was purchased from Rolls Auto a month ago. It happened this morning around 3am while my fiance was on his way to work and no one ever picked up the phone. We were placed on hold for a representative and nothing! This is absolutely frustrating. If you don't offer 24hr road assistance then don't have your recording tell people to hold for the next representative knowing dag on well there's no one working!!

However, we do see call that came in around that time from another number that did not match our records. We do not see a message or voicemail that was left.       Horrible company save your money they will find any way not to pay i have been dealing with then trying to get my moms truck fixed and she would of been better off throwing the money away that she used to pay for the warranty i even feel silly calling it a warranty

      I allready called you to try to get this taken care of and was told that a tipm is not covered because its not called a body control module even though they are the same thing and a oil pan is not covered because there would have to be a internal engine failure for you to cover it which i believe you would find a way to weasel out of paying out of that agian my opinion stands it was a waste of money for the warranty and you do not stand by your product and it should be illegal to sell a product like this so called warranty

      Horrible company. Paid 2000 for a warranty that cover absolutely nothing. Had a legitimate problem. Withe components that the warranty says it covers, and they found a way to deny the claim. Very bad business practices.

      It seems to be a hassle to get them to approve and pay for repairs. My mechanic is still trying to get it approved and it’s been a week.

      I paid for a warranty with NVP on 12/12/23 two months later I had a diagnostic check on the vehicle from Smart Dodge they advise me the transmission was going out. They offered to fix it. NVP would not pay the labor so I took the vehicle to several other shops in NVP. Can’t work with any of them at this point. I’ve had my vehicle five months and I’m unable to work with the warranty company to get it fixed. They just keep denying every company I take it to.

      The problem was the labor at 95 *5= 475 who’s going to put a transmission in for four 475 the labor cost would leave me paying 500 more than what the warranty cost would be paying. That’s not acceptable for me at all when the hourly rate is $132.80 per hour

      Purchase a vehicle with 4 star coverage took it to a shop escalade needs engine dealer contact me and told me nvp warranty wont fix my truck I was told it was parts that I see listed on the package only had the truck 2 months I feel like I got had by the warranty company I gotta lawyer up sad
