1 starMy salesman ****** did not deliver based on our agreed terms and had refused to answer my calls or texts. The only reason I went with the install was based on the agreement I would have 12 months to pay at 0% interest. Within days, I'm getting blown up by ****** to pay in full or use one of their credit options. When I called ******, they said that the 0% agreement was no where in the contact and that I would need to work with my salesman directly. Something I can't do if he doesn't pickup or return my calls or messages. I called the customer service center and it was pushed to my local office last week and I have yet to hear from anyone. I am NOT impressed with the salesmanship and communication thus far. It's too bad, because I am happy with the product. However, no one else will ever know because at this point I will never recommend interacting and purchasing this product.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsThis crew did not caulk the gutters, align them or even clean them out. Shoved it all down the downspout as they installed. It's very uneven and left a gap at the end of the gutters. Didn't clean up the screws from the previous gutter guards, just threw them on the ground. Not very professional.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsI chose LeafFilter to protect my home’s foundation, and I couldn’t be happier with their service and product. The consultation process was straightforward and transparent—no hidden fees, and they even offer a lifetime warranty, which gave me peace of mind.
The installation team was professional and efficient. Although some of the crew spoke Spanish, the team leader ensured all my questions were answered and even suggested how to optimize my setup with a water barrel, which was incredibly helpful.
It hasn’t rained heavily since the installation, so I haven’t seen the full impact yet, but I’m confident in the system’s performance. 1 starWe had a problem! Salesperson miscommunicated to us (Lied!!!) by saying no damage to our new roof shingles. We signed off on ******** over roof, which he kept referring to on the contract, but he told us it would be done without damage to the roof. He kept assuring us as we told him it was a new roof. I arrived home to see the steel gutter guards nailed into our new dark gray roof. It looked like crap! Once we called customer service, they did send someone out quickly to resolve the situation. They put the gutter holders under the shingles. The product is good, but I can't recommend because of the salesperson. He kept laughing at us and said to look at the contract. We took his word over the contract which is our mistake. I would have to recommend other companies because of this experience. The fact we signed the contract was this big excuse to possibly get away with a horrible job.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsMr. ****** was the salesman who met with us. His knowledge of the product was excellent and affirmed what we had learned in our independent research. Mr. ****** had a sample and explained the install process clearly and demonstrated how all the pieces came together with a demonstration.We met on 11/4/24. Installation was scheduled for the 6th with an arrival window of *********. Installation completed as promised. We now have no worries about cleaning & maintaining the rain gutters and we're confident in the product's ability to protect our home.We were able to obtain a very low rate loan versus using credit card or savings.Shortly after install we had several "minor flooding" days of rain and the passed the test...all water left the roof via downspouts.And the product comes with a lifetime TRANSFERABLE warranty!! Quite satisfied with LeafFilter from scheduling to install.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
