1 starThe salesman was great and told us a lot of things that we wanted to hear. We were very excited to get the installation done until the installers showed up and got started without even letting us know they were at our house. When we spoke with them and tried to show them what we wanted (expected), they were very quick to tell us that they were very experienced and they knew exactly what they needed to do. When they were finished, my wife pointed out several items that we both felt were pretty unacceptable. They sort of demanded a check and said that they had done exactly what was on their work order and if we had any issues we needed to contact our sales person. When my wife contacted the sales person, she was told that she needed to contact the customer service number to get things fixed. After looking at all the issues we had with the installation, we decided that they were items that we coild correct ourselves and just decided that we will never do business with LeafFilter again.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsThe product is great quality but very expensive. Sales person should discuss cost per foot vs just giving a total price. Also I had a coupon from AARP that specifically said 35pct discount but sales person gave just 25pct, saying that they give 10pct to everyone. That’s false advertising.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsVery happy with the process. The salesperson came on time, didn't pressure us to buy, was very thorough with the information, reduced the original quote price. It was more expensive than other companies but we're leaning on their warranty and hope for good workmanship. The installer, *****, was amazing. Communicated well, was professional, took photos before and after. The work took a long time, they worked well into the night using head lamps. They felt bad it was longer than expected but they got the job done. I feel like ***** set my expectations realistically. I will see icicles in the winter but not as badly as previous years before the leaf filter, it will depend on the rate of snow and drainage. He took his time to share his thoughts even though it was late, he didn't rush, and he was kind and patient. We had heavy snow fall last week and all is working well. I hear the sound of water trickling down the drain spout instead of of ******* a waterfall from my gutters A neighbour suggests to use a leaf blower once a year to clear debris the settles on top .So far I'm happy with the company and would choose them againLeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starCalled to get a gutter fixed. Lady came and tried to give me a 2 hour presentation even after I told her I dont want the filter system just fix 1 broken gutter. Finally got her to realize I was anything else. Guys have a 4 hour install window and dont show up have to call and they come and do they job in the dark. Next day I go out to see how it works and its leaking and 2 different colors. Call out the inspector also late to his 4 hour window given. He says pitch is wrong, color is different and leaking in both corners. Manager still has not called us to come out and install new gutters after 4 days since the inspection. I would never recommend this company absolutely terrible and pushy sales for no reason because they can back it with good service.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThe whole sales pitch was uncomfortable; like buying a used car. The cost is outrageous. Why isn't there a set price per foot? Instead you're left feeling like you were just taken advantage of. If I hadn't thought that the initial estimate was outrageous, they would've allowed me to pay almost 3 times what I paid. Think of all the people that have basically been ripped off. It's the ultimate ugly side of capitalism;taking advantage of people that don't know any better and trust that the company is being fair. To top the experience off, the workers were scheduled for 10 & showed up at 8. They weren't local contractors either.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
