5 starsI started by reading the reviews below & all I can say is that most of them sure weren't dealing with the people that made up my experience with Leaf Filter, or maybe they don't know how to be honest. Anyway costs are escalating, I have family in home construction & renovating businesses, & I consider the cost I paid to Leaf Filter to be fair, their services to be professional, & the product to be altogether serviceable. Leaf Filter is also offering product that has to consistently render service with a mean & inconsistent environment, & that to replace an original construction element that failed, but so far I can at least be contented.

5 starsI think LeafFilter is a great product for keeping the gutters clean. The sales representative was very detailed in his explanation of the product. I was impressed with the photos taken of my gutters before and after installation. The Black Friday discount and Senior Citizen discount made it affordable. 1 star**** filter sells a product with a lifetime warranty. NO THEY DO NOT! We recently had a new roof installed and our contractor with our help took them off of the home. When the contractor reinstalled the product was brittle and cracked. These were originally installed in august 2017. So 7 yrs old. We called and spoke with ******* and she said we didnt read the paperwork. So I pulled our file and there is absolutely no mention that you have to have Leaf Filter remove and reinstall anywhere in OUR contract. ******* indicated we didnt read the fine print and trust me we did. So essentially the lifetime warranty is void. We were supposed to call them and get on their schedule. Pretty much bullshit!!! Please please please be very wary of this company. They shouldnt be on the BBB with all of the negative reports. You pay to be in the BBB , so if you have the $ you can display their logo. 1 starThe salesman was great and told us a lot of things that we wanted to hear. We were very excited to get the installation done until the installers showed up and got started without even letting us know they were at our house. When we spoke with them and tried to show them what we wanted (expected), they were very quick to tell us that they were very experienced and they knew exactly what they needed to do. When they were finished, my wife pointed out several items that we both felt were pretty unacceptable. They sort of demanded a check and said that they had done exactly what was on their work order and if we had any issues we needed to contact our sales person. When my wife contacted the sales person, she was told that she needed to contact the customer service number to get things fixed. After looking at all the issues we had with the installation, we decided that they were items that we coild correct ourselves and just decided that we will never do business with LeafFilter again.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsThe product is great quality but very expensive. Sales person should discuss cost per foot vs just giving a total price. Also I had a coupon from AARP that specifically said 35pct discount but sales person gave just 25pct, saying that they give 10pct to everyone. That’s false advertising.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsVery happy with the process. The salesperson came on time, didn't pressure us to buy, was very thorough with the information, reduced the original quote price. It was more expensive than other companies but we're leaning on their warranty and hope for good workmanship. The installer, *****, was amazing. Communicated well, was professional, took photos before and after. The work took a long time, they worked well into the night using head lamps. They felt bad it was longer than expected but they got the job done. I feel like ***** set my expectations realistically. I will see icicles in the winter but not as badly as previous years before the leaf filter, it will depend on the rate of snow and drainage. He took his time to share his thoughts even though it was late, he didn't rush, and he was kind and patient. We had heavy snow fall last week and all is working well. I hear the sound of water trickling down the drain spout instead of of ******* a waterfall from my gutters A neighbour suggests to use a leaf blower once a year to clear debris the settles on top .So far I'm happy with the company and would choose them againLeafFilter Gutter Protection
