      They have been out 10 times to fix the corners leaking, rep is very busy and Im still waiting for them to fix it. The installation was on 5/12/2022, still not fixed as of 1/8/2023

      I went ahead and purchased the system after it was "discounted" from a quote that was extremely egregious. I only had it installed on a portion of the house but still feel like I was up-charged by 50%. I was told I was going to be sold a dark brown ***** that apparently doesn't exist. On the contract, the salesman noted ****** but that was not explained to me at the time. I only found out by getting on a ladder and inspecting the work after installation. Also had a service call a day after installation as there were areas that were leaking. A tech came out to inspect, sealed all the corners that were not sealed (all were not properly sealed), and also fix one corner where the guards were installed incorrectly. The service tech that came to perform the necessary work was professional and did a great job explaining what work he did to remedy the leaks at two install points. So the Service side of Leaf Filter actually does what they say they would do and were expeditious in resolving my issue.However, just like other reviews I am reading on-line, there were some very misleading sales tactics and I was up-charged by a couple thousand dollars for no reason. My understanding with having an "A+" rating with BBB was that you can trust the business and not be sold something like "snake oil". In this case, this seems to be what has happened. The Ops manager called me to hear my complaint but was not going to do anything else to make it right. I explained the situation, told her that I feel like I was up-charged for a ***** that I didn't get, and how the sales process was misleading with not a lot of transparency. I mentioned the reviews I read on-line and her comment was that "those must be old reviews" and kept pointing to where I initialed the clay ***** for the filters.At this point, I feel like I was taken advantage of and will be leaving negative reviews on ****** and everywhere I can to warn people to be cautious of this company.

      The response time to my request was more than acceptable. The technician was knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He checked the entire roof to ensure I wouldnt have issues in the future.

      LeafFilter lies and is deceitful with their customers. They pulled a bait and switch with me. I should have known something was wrong from the very beginning in just the setup of a appointment in getting a estimate. They didn't show up as promised to the first appointment and when i called after not seeing someone at the time as they promised me they said they would call me right back. Well that did not happen. The next day after the missed appointment they rescheduled. Than later that day they called back again to ask to switch the times. Talk about can't keep their act together. Well as a customer I was willing to forgive the complete disaster of appointment issues and finally met the sales person. After all was send and done in the sales presentation the original cost was to be just over $17k for a complete gutter replacement. After i about fell out of my chair to the cost the sales man brought the price down to $10k with zero % financing for 5yrs. I told him I needed to think about it and discuss with the wife. Two days later I get a text message from his manager saying they could do the job for $5300 with the same terms. Well i reached out to my sale person saying we would like to move forward with the job for the amount quoted only to have the salesman come back saying they made a mistake and the job would have 2 different costs depending if we paid all in cash or financed the project. They would not honor what was quoted. I tried to reach out again to management in the office only to have my emails come back with we will get back to you. This was back in November and to this very day no one ever responded to my issues.LeafFilter are liars and crooks as far as we are concerned. We are sharing our story to help stop someone else from having to go through what we went through.

      We were quoted a price and when we agreed to the price you changed it on ** saying we could not have the price quoted and we had two different prices to choose from that was more than quoted. Its all in writing and text message. As a business you honor what you put down in writing regardless if you make a mistake in measuring or calculating. Again your business is very dishonest and lacks integrity in saying one thing and not following through.

      From the Sales Rep to the installers I was very pleased with their service and professionalism. I love the gutters and they work quite well. The color coordinated with the color of my garage and look amazing. The installers were quick to start work and did not stop til finished. It was a very cold and raw day and I really felt bad for them but they seemed to make out just fine. They left absolutely no litter when they finished but they did leave with a yummy piece of cake. Kudos to all involved and I highly recommend these folks. GOOD JOB!!

      I have the older system and has worked well for me over the yrs.My only issues is pin oak **** that sticks -Have only called them recently as one was separating. They came right out -checked my whole system and cleaned of debris stuck at vents-NO CHARGE !!! Service person was very nice and efficient. Would def recommend !

      I bought the product to eliminate cleaning and clogging, and provide fire protection (embers in gutters).NOW, I find that the product's stainless steel is supported by plastic, which will melt under embers.ALSO, the fine steel mesh clogs up with dust and grit with every rainfall. The gutters are completely plugged and non-operational, with water spilling everywhere and making noise, a mess, and damage. Needs cleaning multiple times a year, and even DURING a rainfall, with some gutters 20 FEET above the ground... very dangerous. Completely opposite from what it was supposed to do.I made a very bad decision, and ideally would like the product removed and a full refund. Fat chance, I think.
