1 starPurchased gutter system in late 2021. Do not work as sold. First - maple tree helicopters get stuck pointy end down in the screen and block the flow of water. You still will have to get up on a ladder to clean those off, multiple times in the fall. Second, I have ice build up over the gutters causing significant icicles (that I never had before). I asked for a service call to figure out why. Charged me $95 to come out and knock the icicles down and tell me its likely because I have poor insulation and that their system does not prevent ice dams or icicles. I am now worse off than before I had these installed, as I still have to get up and clean them off, but now I have an icicle ice dam problem that I never had before. Stay far away from Leaf Filters.

Minor icicle formation is normal and indicates LeafFilter is doing its job keeping ice and snow out of the gutters. 4 starsExcept for the haggling over the final price, everything else went smoothly to addressing concerns during the installation process. They were very responsive to all my questions before and after the installation. This product seems to be the best out of all the competitive brands I studied.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsI have a wooden wheelchair ramp and have a lot of water standing on it whenever it rains.After Hurricane *** when I was doing other repairs I called Leaffilter. I spoke to their salesperson and explained my problem.When they came out I paid in full and then noticed they had not put the splash guard where I wanted it. I thought I was up the brown creek.But, no. When I called they said apologized said that was not in the paperwork and they didn't think what I wanted would fix it, but they would do it anyway. And they did. Immediately. No arguments, just a statement. It hasn't rained yet so I don't know if I was right it wrong. But I appreciate that they didn't argue, didn't play any games, they just did what I asked.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
