3 starsLeafFilter A.First installer 1. Did not have tools to complete the new gutter install.2. Did not adjust the pitch of the old gutters.3. Did not put in the support brackets.B. Second installer did the new gutter install.C Inspector would not tell me what he found. "Had to talk to the boss" and would "expect to hear in back in two weeks".D. Manager tried to indicate that it all looked fine from the pictures she had. Would not / Could not send me the pictures. Decided to send a team to take care of any problems.E. Team consisting of one person came and adjusted the pitch of one gutter, installed mounting brackets, removed old nail mounts and did some caulking. Now waiting for the rain test.Maybe the rating should be lower?

1 starI like LeafFilter a lot: nice product, mostly good people but my review is still colored by my first follow-up when I was called a liar by their admin staff because the guy that sold me on LeafFilter said it was best to install prior to a roof replacement and I took him at his word. When we put on the roof, the filters had to be removed and the admin said none of their sales people would ever say that; hence, we were liking about what he told us. We had to pay an extra $530 that we would not have had to pay if he had told us the truth and had us wait. But the new roof was 8 months out and he apparently wanted the commission right away.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starYou guys have not finished the job. I have called the service team numerous times and explained the situation. Two follow up appointments were scheduled to finish the install and both were no call/no shows. Every time I call to schedule another appointment, Im told Ill get a call back by the end of the day to schedule, and I never get a call back. At this point I feel like Im just getting the run-around, maybe this review will finally get someones attention.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsOur sales rep was great. BUT when it was installation day however, the installer did not have the orders correct. He didn't even want to help figure out the problem, he just kept telling me that he wasn't supposed to do something that I know he was supposed to do and I showed him the paperwork. He was nice and I know he was following orders given to him but they were wrong. He just kept saying that it was not on his orders. I luckily was able to reach ours sales rep who agreed I was correct and he so made some calls. Finally someone called out installer near the end of the day, and told him what he was supposed to do. If this basic communication error on behalf of the company had not happened (and from other reviews, mine was not the first time), I would have given a higher score.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starSales rep said go with Leaf Filter and never climb your ladder again. Of course there was the sales pressure to make a decision right away because to get the lowest price I needed to be scheduled for the install the next day. My install crew was one person......and that person only spoke 4 words of English the whole day.....yes, no, thank you (when I gave him bottled water). I had questions about the install but I could not ask them because he could not answer me. I was told he would check the pitch of out gutters with a level but he did not. I asked him if he was just "eye balling" the pitch and he said yes. We had a loose gutter that I wanted to ask him about but I couldn't ask. I don't know if he fixed it, how he fixed it, etc...After 3-4 hours of trying to contact my sales rep, he finally called near the end of the day. He was no use at all. He said, "well, the work is guaranteed" and then he said he would call the installers boss and tell him to have the installer be more "amicable" to customers. None of this was a help. I was not complaining about the installer.....he was doing what he was assigned to do. My complaint was that when I'm paying $7000 for a job, someone doing that job needs to be able to communicate with the customer. I called ***************** She said she was going to have the Manager of the Greenville, SC office call me that day....she also said she would indicate that someone needed to come out to my house and inspect the work fully and answer any questions. The Manager NEVER called and NO ONE called or responded for the "inspection". As far as the sales rep telling me to go with Leaf Guard and NEVER climb my ladder again.....I have leaves piled up on top of the new gutter covers now and the only way to remove them is to climb a ladder. I called Leaf Filter to register my purchase. I was told for the FIRST time that the leaves and debris piling up on top of my gutter covers was only guaranteed for ONE year. 2 starsSOMETHING IS VERY WRONG WITH THESE FOLKS !!! I have never requested any information OR Services from L.F. but in the past 30 days I have received an average of 3/4 calls a day ( Mon- Fri ) with voicemails from ****** about setting up an appointment...and all the calls are coming from 6 to 7 different phOne numbers !! I have requested that each number STOP CALLING in multiple texts messages but the calls keep coming.OUT OF HAND FOR SURE AND CLEARLY NO CESSATION OF CALLS !!!From the OUTRAGEOUS PRICES THAT I HAVE HEARD FOR THEIR COSTS FROM SOME NEIGHBORS IT APPEARS THEY HAVE OTHER ISSUES TOO..SUCH AS VERY FLEXIBLE PRICING STRUCTURE WHICH CAN BE UP TO 3-4 THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM ONE CUSTOMER TO ANOTHER AND THAT IS FOR THE SAME SIZE HOUSE AND # OF GUTTERS !!!Would say all is problematic here !!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThe scheduling of the installation process was handled terribly. I was scheduled for installation on 3 different occasions and no installer showed up. I was then contacted by my contact person with an excuse of why the installer did not show after the installation window ended. This ordeal cost me money from missed work to be home for the installer. I was extremely disappointed by the experience.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
