      Sales person told me to remove and replace the system is minimal cost (about $250-$300) as I would need to replace my roof in few years. Three years later I call as my roof needs to be replaced and told its almost $2000!!! I paid almost $10000 for the system already. I have argued and been ignored by Leaffilter to only be told they will lower the cost to $1500. Really dishonest company!! Do not use. I now have to loose the lifetime warranty from these guys as I cannot afford the cost of a new roof and their theft of $1500. Stay away!! Terrible service and dishonest!

      THRASH THRASH THRASH - Inspector supposed to come for Inspection and verification of work completed has not yet Turned up more than 2 weeks now. No Phone call, No Follow-up, No Communications what-so-ever. THRASH, THRASH, THRASH, Un-professional and Un-ethical Your Video specifically shows "Caucasian" Installer / Work people - BUT - Your Installation Manger Mr. **** specifically and categorically informed me on the Phone on Sunday 29Oct.2023 that LeafFilter does "NOT HAVE A SINGLE INSTALLER ON THEIR PAY-ROLL -- all work is SUB-CONTRACTED out. This was "NOT" informed to me by your Sales Rep. Mr. ***** when using the "USUAL" American Sales Pressure Tactic of Accept NOW / Sign NOW for the price to hold to get my Business. The Work is Sub-Contracted out to "ILLETRATE" East Indian Punjabi Sub-Contractors, who have ZERO WORK ETHICS - no Decency what-so-ever to inform the Customer that they are behind schedule and will be arriving LATE. Appointment was for the "Installers" to come in on Saturday 28Oct.2023 between 12 Noon and 1:00 p.m. - Till 4:00 p.m. (for 3 Hrs. ) No sign, no Phone call, no communications what-so-ever of their where-about's. Finally having a previous commitment I left @ 4:00 p.m. Installers finally showed up @ 5:00 p.m. when I was NOT HOME and started the Installation work. -(1) Cleaning of "EXISTING" Gutters -these Illetrate Punjabi East Indian's do "NOT" Carry a WET & DRY Vacuum ( Die Walt from Home Depot ) instead the Gutters are Cleaned "MANUALLY" and ( I have taken Photographs as PROOF) the Muck from the Gutters was on my Flower Bed below + the RAIN WATER OUTLET SCREEN inside my Gutter was BROKEN and thrown down on my Driveway ( which also I personally climbed up to check and showed to the East Indian Installer's ) -(2) Checking SLOPE of existing Gutters and RE-ALIGNING the existing Gutters - These Punjabi East Indian Installers did "NOT" have a SPIRIT LEVEL in their Tool Box or in the WORK VAN that they brought along - NOT A SINGLE

      The install was scheduled for 10/6/23 in Tacoma. Due to "covid", they rescheduled it to 10/12/23 with them arriving between 8a and 12n. On 10/12, they did not show up or call. At 2p, I called the office and spoke to someone who said he would contact the installers and call me right back. I never heard from him again. On 10/13 at 8:15a, I received a call from the installers. They were at my house to do the install!! As I was not home and not expecting them, I told them they would not be able do the install that day. I called the office and left a message regarding what had happened and that I wanted a call back. On 10/18, I got a voicemail from the office stating that since I wasn't available for the install, they wanted to reschedule. I rescheduled it for 10/30/23 with them arriving between 12n and 4p. They arrived on 10/30 for the install. They were to install white panels as the house is being painted yellow and white in the spring. I saw them pulling white panels out of the van. They were not able to finish on 10/30 and had to come back on 10/31, however, they wanted me to pay on 10/30. I did pay them. It rained on 11/4 and I discovered that all of my gutters now leak everywhere!!! Before I paid Leaf Filter to s**** up my house gutters, I only had one small leak over the front door. Now all of the gutters leak all around the house. I also discovered that they used the brown panels on most of the roof and left one spot completely without a Leaf Filter panel. They messed up the downspout installation on one corner of my house and broke the seals on all of the rest of my gutter corners and downspouts. I called them on 11/6 and spoke to someone who said the install foreman was in a meeting, but would give him the message as soon as he got out and that they would call me back. I've have still not heard from them. I have called and left voicemail messages for them to call me back on 11/7, 11/13 and 11/15. I have received no response

      Product does take water through gutter & to downspouts. However, getting this final service call to correct poor installation was a challenge.

      After the installation of your LeafFilter System, we had a three inch rainfall, followed by another significant rainfall about a week later. Because of the way our roofs drain, a small section of the new system was over-loaded and therefore we had a lot of spillage of the rain, asphalt shingle "gravel," and leaves that blocked the LeafFilter system from working properly. I pointed this out to several of LeafFilter's technicians and showed them how we had another gutter company solve this problem. LeafFilter mailed us a check yesterday, reimbursing us for the cost for this remedy. **********

      There was a young man from Louisiana here for a few weeks helping you guys out. He was very courteous and professional. I inspected his work recently and there are no gaps. After he started, another man came by and helped him finish. There were several gaps and some of the screens were pushed up and not flush. I have purchased some some clear silicone and will help my son correct these deficiencies soon. I can't speak to how leaf filters actually work because we have not had any appreciable rainfall since installation. *******************

      I must be an exception as my experience has been absolutely horrible. Installers damaged cement roof, and according LeafFilters service text, their installer did not install fascia and replace flashing correctly. Their service tech opened claim and I sent in my roofer’s est to repair the roof and fix the fascia and flashing almost 2 weeks and absolutely NO follow-up. paid $30k for Job *** ***** and I have leaks on backside of 4,000 ft house and no one cares but me and LeakFilters service tech. I just want my problem fixed! Continued rain is creating more opps for wood rot!

      Had LeafFilter installed a couple of years ago. Mostly satisfied. Recently found 3 of the screens had fallen off. Called service department. Service was fast and completed very quickly. Only issue we had was one of timing. We had scheduled the service to be performed on a particular day and the work crew arrived unannounced 2 days sooner then requested. Fortunately someone was home. Would have liked to have talked with crew to discuss what might have caused the issue in the first place but I was not home at time of service.Other than that, system is fine and working very well keeping my gutters unclogged as intended.

      The installation crew was quick and clean, lets face it its just a cap on existing gutters. The sales process was informative and interesting. However the issues I have is with the pricing. Just beware .
