1 starThe Technician that came was very hard working and dedicated to get the job done. However, when he arrived he was by himself with no other help. He had to climb up three stories on a ladder with material to install the product and had no one to spot him or hold the ladder. The job was definitely way to big for one person and quite frankly it was very dangerous. It became dark and worrisome. He worked in the dark for almost 4 hours. Why would the company only send one person? I am hoping the product is as advertised but as far as installation you definitely need to do better to ensure your employees safety.

1 starHad Leaf Filter get me a quote and I ended up signing a contract to get the their gutter protectors installed. During the process the salesman showed me photos of my gutters. However, when I inspected my gutters myself a couple days later. The photos he showed me had to be of some stock photos of bad gutters. As my gutters were nowhere close to the photos he showed me. Combined with the fact he advertised this system as being zero maintenance, but a class action lawsuit in the South District of Ohio might say otherwise. I cancelled my contract before I was locked in and now I don't plan on ever using this company nor will the dozens of people I have already spoken with about it.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsThe installer snapped a baby tree right at the base. This tree was in a little fenced off area clearly marked as a memorial to my husband. The tree growing was actually a living urn that had been planted with my husband's ash. The installer didn't acknowledge his damage and I tried to take it up with his boss at the local office but he would never return my phone calls. I paid $180. for this living urn system and the local office wouldn't even acknowledge it.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starLooks impressive on TV ads, however cost of product and installation was more than expected (a lot). Installation was great, Sales pitch was great as well, however the initial quote for the installation was insane, but after the so-called discounts brought the price down. Still too high, so the salesperson made the final pitch before going out the door as usual. Did agree on the price, still higher than I expected. So don't expect a price you think you should pay for the job is going to be the price you agree on. Buyer beware.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starGood afternoon all, I have just a simple question, how much is the price of Leaf filter per square feet. My house is located at the *******************, ********. The sales person said in his presentation that my gutters have some issue that need to be fixed, but that was a lie. I only have 147 Square feet of gutters and the cost for installation based on his report were almost $10,000 Dollars, but with my Military and Law Enforcement discount it would goes down to about $6,800 and change. 5 starsI had LeafFilter installed on my roofline which is joined by the screened pool cage at the east end of my home. The area has been a collector of all debris from the trees of the preserve east of my home. My hope is to not to have to climb on my roof to clean out that gutter ever again.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsWhen **** arrived to check our gutters and give a quote for the LeafFilter system, I was impressed with the system. **** was pleasant and very informative and let me know that the gutters were in fine shape and didn't need to be replaced even though they were over 10 years old. That and the discounts that were offered made the installation within my budget. We set a date and the workers arrived within the time window and worked hard. They cleaned out the gutters, fixed an area where the gutters were pulling away from the house, aligned them and attached the leaf filters. They were finished in about 4 - 5 hours - pretty good for a large two-story home. We had a good storm yesterday and the filters (and cleaned out gutters) are working well. I also appreciate the lifetime guarantee that can be transferred to new owners if we sell our house. The only negative thing that I noticed was that at each end of the gutters where they attach to the drainpipes, there are gaps where the mesh doesn't come down the side of the juncture. I'd think such a smart product would have special cap ends to avoid allowing this gap which could be big enough to allow wind-blown pine needles into the closed system. However, I trust that if the worst happens and the gutters fill up, the warranty will kick in to fix the problem.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
