1 starTerrible company, don’t live up to their promises! The salesperson only offered a 12-month, no-interest finance pkg and LeafFilter offers a 24-month, no interest financing pkg on their website! The installer showed up a day early and I let him go ahead and do the install but felt I was being rushed so I couldn’t cancel my contract! And the installer was NOT a customer-friendly person! In addition, I was told the system would be flushed out to make sure my gutters and downspouts were all functioning properly - the installer did not flush my gutter system!!! I’m not a happy customer and would NOT RECOMMEND LeafFilter to friends or family! I also thought the $7,625 price tag was far too expensive for my small 1,769 sq foot house I’m in the process of contacting both the Better Business Bureau (filing a complaint) and Wells Fargo bank to see if the $5,125 remaining balance can be re-written to a 24-month, no interest loan! I am unable to read the contract as I was given a copy, but I do not the gutter footage that was used to calculate the cost ANYWHERE on the contract! Finally, I have called Lee filter main and customer service numbers and asked for a return calls and nobody has ever called me back and that’s been a week and a half two weeks or more so I’m not a happy customer and I think Better Business Bureau needs to be on the lookout for more complaints about the company – feels like a scam as I’m quite elderly!!!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starMy experience with Leaf Filter was horrible. They scheduled installations and failed to show up after I had taken off work to be there. The job was started and left unfinished for weeks and then had to be completely ripped out and redone the fourth time because it was previously done improperly. I have pics. The office personnel made promises that were blatant lies. I wish I had never heard of Leaf Filter. I grossly overpaid a company that is unreliable and not interested in anything but high pressure sales and getting the most money out of the customer.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starWe had installed and paid thousands of dollars for leaf filter. We had a first snowfall and then it melted. The water from the melt didnt go down the ***** trough but ran over and continued to run over and freeze and started to ice dam. My husband is handicapped and we have a ramp. The ramp was covered in ice. Leaf filter sent someone out to have a look and leaf filter said they were waiting for his report. We have not spoken to them since and left numerous messages. 4 starsWe have leaf filters on 2 houses now. I gave it an 8 because the leaves and pine needles do not dry and blow off my gutters as advertised. In spite of that the gutters and downspouts do not get clogged. That's why I had them installed on house number 2.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
