5 starsProfessional from beginning to end. The rep that came to our home was very knowledgeable and helpful. Made us feel at ease and answered our concerns about what we needed and what to expect. Helped us to get the financing setup. Was polite and courteous. Cannot thank him enough. The two installers showed up at the time for the appointment and went right to work. They did explain what they were going to do. Were very polite and professional. Cleaned up as they said they would and explained about a couple things needing done because we have a metal roof why they were doing it. They made us feel sure that we had made the right choice in having these installers do our job. This company is lucky to have people like these two installers in the field representing Leaf Filter. 3 starsThey replaced my rain gutters and facia. The goal of this was that my old rain gutters dripped all over my front porch. They were expensive. The facia looks nice. They still drip on my front porch, disappointing. The crew left a mess of long nails, peices of trim etc... in my flower beds and lawn. 1 starWhen the installers arrived, they said they were only to remove our old drainage system. The salesperson pretended that he misunderstood what I wanted. Now why would I call Leaffilter to do that? After frustrating back and forth I ended up paying double the estimate. The installers finished the job in a timely manner. 1 starI contracted with Leaf filter in Fort Lauderdale Florida to resolve overflow issues. The work of installing a new gutter system proceeded timely with a $1500 down payment. The new gutters held water and overflow issues not resolved. I stopped final payment of $1400 to assure a proper job was done. The second visit corrected the holding water issue but not the overflow issues. They want their money and sent a letter stating they would file a lien on my property. I have contacted them stating final payment would be released when problems resolved. The company has pushy sales tactics, poor communication, and unsatisfactory resolution. The first rerouting of gutters resulted in a worse overflow problem and flooded my patio. Second install they placed the downspout where it was originally…solving nothing. Their very aggressive letter of threatening to place a lien on my home seemed overkill. No worthy consumer releases final payment until issues are resolved. Buyer beware. Seeking advice from another professional gutter company resulted in an estimate stating they would charge $1200 for same work. $1200 vs $2900 raised my awareness of price gouging. I have written a response to Leaf filter about the lien letter asking for negotiation and amicable solution. Have not heard back.. I cannot advise anyone to do business with this company.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThe salesman did not tell the truth about the product and the information given that was false was a big reason I decided to purchase the product . It wasnt until the serviceman came out to fix the careless installation errors that I was informed of what to really expect from the product.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsSalesman was friendly with good knowledge about the product and installation. Initial pricing was high, but with available discounts became more reasonable. Our appointment was timely and the installer was friendly and and got the job done the same day. Clean up was good.
